    Supervisor - Whale Coast

    Requirements

    Minimum requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail role is preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems
    • Strong understanding of cash handling, stock management, and compliance with administrative procedures

    Senior Sales Generator (2IC)

    As the Senior Sales Generator (2IC), you’ll play a critical role in the day‑to‑day success of the store by:

    • Driving sales performance through customer engagement and conversion
    • Acting as second‑in‑charge in the Store Manager/Supervisor’s absence
    • Leading by example on the sales floor
    • Coaching and motivating the team to hit daily and monthly targets

    Human Resource Administrative Intern -Tyger Valley

    Key Responsibilities

    Employee Administration

    • Create and maintain employee files.
    • Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
    • Capture employee information on HR systems.
    • Assist with employment contracts, letters, and HR correspondence.
    • Maintain confidential employee information in accordance with POPIA.

    Onboarding & Offboarding

    • Coordinate new employee onboarding documentation.

    Qualifications

    Supervisor (Pretoria)

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Performance

    • Achieve and support store monthly sales targets (turnover, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value (ATV))
    • Monitor daily sales performance and provide feedback to the team to improve results

    • Monitor and improve product presentation to drive sell-through and customer engagement
    • Ensure key product lines are positioned to maximise sales performance and visibility
    • Conduct regular floor walks to identify and correct merchandising gaps
    • Implement and maintain promotional displays within required timelines
    • Ensure pricing accuracy and ticketing compliance across all merchandise
    • Drive team accountability for always maintaining consistent visual standards

    Reporting & Administration

    • Assist with completion of daily, weekly, and monthly store reports (sales, stock, staff performance)

    • Ensure accurate capturing of data on all relevant systems

    Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12) preferred
    • Minimum 2–3 years’ retail experience (supervisory experience advantageous)
    • Must be computer literate; email & basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable using retail systems (POS)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
