    Brand Manager (Medical Aesthetics (Injectables)

    A Medical Aesthetic (Injectables) Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry typically holds a multifaceted role that combines marketing expertise with a deep understanding of the medical aesthetics market, with a specific focus on injectable products.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial, Business Administration, Sciences degree or a related field for instance, a degree or diploma in the Aesthetics field
    • > 3  years of experience, preferably in the medical aesthetics industry working with injectables
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including regulatory environments and market dynamics for aesthetic injectables
    • Understanding and relationships in the medical aesthetics field, with experience in managing and developing KOLs and trainers
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
    • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and software

    Compliance Officer (Landscaping)- Jhb

    Purpose of the Job:

    • The Compliance Officer will report to the Landscaping Specialist. The primary responsibility of the Compliance Officer is to ensure that Landscaping Personnel are in full compliance with standard Company Policies/Procedures/Regulations and Requirements relating to Landscaping. Further, to ensure service delivery standards and operational efficiencies are constantly maintained at the highest level.  

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric Certified
    • Bilingual
    • Solid Computer Proficiency
    • Driver’s License Code 08
    • 3 years of direct Managerial experience
    • 2-4 years of experience in the Cleaning and Landscaping Industry
    • Knowledge of the landscaping Industry regulations, including Operational and Client requirements.
    • Postgraduate qualification in Horticulture or Landscaping

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Enforce the Company’s Disciplinary Code of Conduct’
    • Ensure that landscaping Personnel are in full compliance with standard Company Policies / Procedures /regulations/HSHEQ
    • Regulations and most specifically Requirements relating to Landscaping
    • Ensure that there is normal annual leave coverage throughout the year
    • Ensure that Pay Queries are avoided and where it arises, and it is dealt with immediately
    • Roster and manpower management is of utmost importance.
    • Assist with the training and induction of onsite personnel on an ongoing basis
    • Investigate on-site allegations and report on findings accordingly
    • Ensure that Roster Changes are actioned timeously for all changes (permanent roster changes, leave coverage changes, long-term sick coverage, temp sites, additional/ reduction of, posts or sites)
    • Equipment management & servicing
    • Ensuring services are rendered 100% as per SLA
