    E&P Contracts Researcher, CIS & Africa

    The Impact: The primary responsibility for the role is the entry, update, maintenance and research of high-quality E&P Contracts data in the company's E&P database for given countries in CIS and Africa regions.  The E&P Contract Researcher must be able to analyze complex Contract information and to enter said data into the company’s database in a timely and accurate manner according to standards and business rules.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the current and historic entry, update and maintenance of the E&P contracts data for a given country/region. Includes sourcing, research, organizing, analyzing, and entry of incoming information, running of computer validation processes, troubleshooting and correction of errors
    • Research and accumulate E&P contract data for certain CIS and Africa countries, liaising with CIS and Africa regional teams and perform analysis on the data to ensure quality and accuracy before they are entered into the database
    • Vital contributor to the team to achieve the highest quality of information for our clients via our E&P Data and Upstream Intelligence products
    • Perform focused Contract data quality improvement projects supplementary to current activity
    • Support country and regional experts in resolving customer queries/requests relating to contract data
    • Actively contribute to quality control of the teams’ various products ensuring consistency between E&P Contract data and Upstream Intelligence maps and report

    What We’re Looking For:

    • University degree in Geoscience or related field
    • Petroleum industry experience would be beneficial
    • Excellent IT skills, ArcGIS, MS Excel and MS Power BI tools an advantage
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Excellent QC skills and a very high attention to detail
    • Enthusiastic, pro-active, ability to set priorities and meet rigid deadlines
    • Ability to work under direct supervision, as part of a team as well as autonomously
    • Interest in research, new technologies and data acquisition tools

    Shareholder Identification Operations Associate

    The Impact: In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that the team’s current portfolio of clients is correctly recognized on a month-to-month basis liaising with multiple groups across the organization.     Responsibilities:

    • Workload Management and Team Forecasting – Help build and maintain capacity and business forecasting models taking responsibility for the workload management of the team, ensuring that all projects are correctly reflected and accounted for. Advise on resourcing on a monthly basis and liaise with internal finance teams and sales
    • Salesforce Management – Liaise with sales on upcoming opportunities and client renewals, ensuring contracts are fulfilled and clients serviced appropriately
    • Document management – Ensure client documentation is valid and up to date with regulatory requirements, liaising with teams on regulatory changes and changing buyside requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
    • Very strong Excel skills
    • Experience with Salesforce or other Sales management systems preferable
    • Analytical mindset and have strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong team player who thrives under pressure and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
    • Self-motivated, organized, takes initiative and enjoys new challenges
