    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:

    Sourcing Applicants which include pro-actively searching, advertising, screening & shortlisting

    • Receiving and interpreting talent requirements from iqbusiness' clients and gathering further information from client stakeholders if needed
    • Placing adverts and updating all applicable job boards and platforms, including LinkedIn, ATS and others
    • Using sourcing/searching techniques such as Boolean strings, search engines, resources and networks to source new candidates
    • Innovating and implementing new research methods and sourcing techniques
    • Actively networking to generate a talent pool and build and maintain a pipeline
    • Targeted sourcing of passive & active candidates
    • Screening and shortlisting candidates
    • Conducting telephonic, virtual or face-to-face screening interviews
    • Building & maintaining networks on social media platforms
    • Always aim to achieve EE targets and attrition targets within realm of authority as per implemented transformation plan

    Interview administration, management and reporting

    • Managing the quality of the data on the ATS system
    • Continuously updating candidate data as they are taken through the process and valid notes are added.
    • Close old adverts

    Candidate Management including liaison, negotiations and regrets to unsuccessful applicants

    • Liaising with candidates throughout the entire talent acquisition process
    • Ensuring the delivery of a consistently superior candidate experience, aligned with iqbusiness brand and culture
    • Brief the candidate during the first interview as per iqbusiness checklist, role and culture
    • Provide timeous feedback to candidates either telephonically, in person or via email, including offers or regrets
    • Provide timeous feedback to iq'ers regarding internal referrals
    • Attend to salary negotiations and counselling around salary rates with line managers and candidate

    Stakeholder Management

    • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs
    • Continuous engagement with line managers regarding candidates in the process
    • Liaison with internal line managers and assisting with recruitment training and administration, as well as Agency and Third-Party vendor liaison and relationship-building
    • Provide professional talent acquisition support and advice to internal stakeholders
    • Train line managers on how to conduct interviews and advise on the talent acquisition process as/when required
    • Represent the Talent Acquisition Team at induction/on-boarding as and when required
    • Agency relationship building, including sourcing new recruitment agencies, ensuring SLA’s are in place, reviewing agency performance and general agency liaison

    Recruitment Administration and reporting

    • Manage vacancies
    • Managing the candidate database and ensuring that all statuses are updated in real-time
    • Dash-boarding and reporting
    • Oversee integrity checks and reference checks
    • Deliver weekly reports on recruitment progress

    Education

    • Matric
    • Relevant Certifications, Diplomas or Degrees

    Experience and Skills

    • Minimum 4 years’ recruitment experience as a recruiter/TA Specialist obtained in an agency or in a fast-paced, actively sourcing internal recruitment environment
    • Extensive experience in recruiting for scarce skills in general including senior positions
    • Well versed with emerging technologies
    • MS Office
    • Headhunting or targeted search experience
    • Extensive experience regarding modern sourcing/searching techniques (for example using Boolean strings etc)
    • Previous experience of Online recruitment portals and programmes
    • Previous experience of working on applicant tracking systems
    • Basic knowledge of SA employment legislation relevant to Talent Acquisition

    Systems Analyst

    Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:

    Advanced Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Lead the collection and documentation of business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
    • Conduct in-depth feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for proposed solutions.

    Complex System Design and Development:

    • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs.
    • Design and propose system solutions, including process models, specifications, and architecture and collaborate with developers on systems solutions.

    Implementation and Quality Assurance:

    • Liaise with developers, vendors, and IT teams to ensure system designs are accurately implemented.
    • Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation and quality assurance.
    • Support the deployment and integration of new systems or enhancements.

    Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:

    • Experience in providing expert-level support and maintenance for existing systems beneficial.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
    • Implement updates and improvements to existing systems as needed.

    Documentation and Training:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and process diagrams.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide advanced support to end-users and stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • 5-8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related role

    Technical Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of system analysis and design methodologies.
    • Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Experience with programming languages (Java) and system integration.
    • Project experience in a cloud-based environment, specifically AWS.
    • Modeling tools (UML, ERD), SQL, system diagramming tools, API documentation platforms
    • Experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira.

    Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex systems and processes.
    • Expertise in translating intricate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

    Advanced Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
    • Strong presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and decision-making processes.

    Education Qualification:

    • Matric.
    • University Qualification, Certificate or Diploma, aligned to relevant experience - Relevant Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma / recognised qualification from an accredited tertiary institution.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMP) are highly desirable.
