    Mechanic

    Job Specification

    • The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance and repairing of all New Holland equipment as well as other Agricultural Equipment together with the diagnoses, identifies and rectifies of mechanical problems on a wide range of equipment.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Qualified Artisan - Diesel/Tractor Mechanic and must be in possession of a Red Seal Certificate
    • 3 years related experience as a Tractor Mechanic
    • Braud harvester experience will strengthen the application

    Junior Manager Retail Store

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Manager Retail Store, the incumbent would be responsible for aspects of a retail store, which includes assisting the Manager in overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

    Minimum Requirements

    • NQF 5 Diploma
    • 3 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity
    • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
    • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge POS systems

    Controller Silo (Grader)

    Job Specification

    • The incumbent would be responsible for supervisory control and administration activities associated with that of Agrimark Grain

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • 3 years related experience
    • a Grading Certificate for wheat and maize, as well as silo industry course that includes fumigation
    • Computer literacy

    Key performance indicators include:

    • The coordination of the operational actions of the silo
    • The receipt and dispatch of grain products
    • Grading and fumigation of grain products
    • Supervision and inventory control
    • Safety and maintenance inspections
    • Inventory control
    • Sales and administration of fuel
    • Ad hoc functions relating to the above.
