    IT Technician

    • A South African IT services business operating as a Managed Service Provider and licensed ISP, supporting a broad client base across a significant number of managed circuits. The business delivers end-to-end technology services including digitisation, optimisation, automation, maintenance and ongoing support for client environments spanning workstations, servers, networking infrastructure and connectivity.
    • This role is focused on owning the day-to-day health of both client and internal IT environments from end to end.     Key Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows workstation and Windows Server operating systems.

    • Deploy, patch and support Microsoft 365, business applications and line-of-business software.
    • Manage backups, restores, and server performance, capacity and health monitoring.

    Remote Technical Escalation Engineer

    • This is a senior-level, fully remote role where you will be working directly alongside a technical team overseas, handling escalations from first and second line engineers, contributing to project delivery, and keeping complex environments running smoothly.     Minimum Requirements
