We are looking for a B-BBEE manager to provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services for our Deal Advisory business unit in the Johannesburg office.

Key Job Duties Or Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret B-BBEE compliance findings.
• Assist in developing B-BBEE strategy in various sectors for all B-BBEE elements.
• Preparing business reports and presentations.
• Presenting B-BBEE solutions and reports to C-level executives.
• Identifying B-BBEE issues in various service offerings and formulating solutions.
• Managing projects and programmes.

Qualifications And Experience

• B-Com degree or equivalent graduate qualification
• Clear understanding of B-BBEE compliance requirements
• Minimum 3 years B-BBEE advisory experience
• Proven experience in project coordination and implementation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

The key purpose of the position involves helping our clients in the design and implementation of treasury, trading and risk systems, operating models, organisational structure, risk measurement and performance techniques.

Critical Technical Skills or competencies

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Understanding of Financial Markets, Data Analysis and Derivatives Valuation
• Solid knowledge of Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk
• Good Programming Exposure (VBA, C#, SQL, etc…)
• Exposure or Experience of trading and risk system (CompatibL, Bloomberg)
• Candidate must have a good understanding of quantitative methods and their application in the

Financial Services industry
