We are looking for 2X Promoters to join our team on a fixed-term basis in KwaZulu Natal , Cornubia area.

Responsibilities includes:

• Encouraging customers to partake in promotional activities, whilst promoting product at hand.
• Manage and facilitate all promotional activities, tastings, and keep customers engaged.
• Manage tasting stock inventory and liaise with relevant Sales Consultants when required.
• Take full responsibility for the cleanliness of the room and promotional set-ups.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and that products are displayed correctly at all times.
• Ensure all items are in working order and provide feedback on issues, when required.
• Ensure all exclusive offer values and prices are correct.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12
• Flexible working hours - Thursday to Saturdays 10am-4pm and Sundays 10am-2pm
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Good Brand knowledge
• Energetic & Excellent Customer Service
• Bilingual (Beneficial)

Are you passionate about the liquor industry and looking for an exciting sales role? Managed People Solutions is currently seeking an enthusiastic, target-driven, and dedicated Hybrid Sales Consultant in the Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Effectively execute call procedures during and post call procedures.
• Effectively execute sales levers at outlet according to customer call procedure.
• Effectively execute stock allocation, by managing the stock allocation as per stock allocation report.
• Log all calls and capturing interaction with customers on the handheld device.
• New product introduction, vintage changes, and upliftment procedure to be carried out.
• Deliver customer satisfaction by call cycle management. Effective planning of the call cycle.
• Plan and prioritize, demonstrate abilities to manage competing demands.
• Deliver customer satisfaction by assisting new customers in opening accounts.
• Recording and promptly acting upon customers’ complaints, queries and requests and feedback accordingly.
• Identifying and execute promotional opportunities/requirements as per the customers’ needs.
• Identify training needs of the customer and execute according to a training plan.
• Understand the sales strategy as well as your personal sales target by customer and brand and deliver the result.
• Submit all expense reports on time.
• Manage and take care of company assets including car, laptop, and handheld devices.

Qualifications and experience

• Grade 12.
• Diploma relating to Sales, Marketing, Hospitality management or Food and Beverage management.
• Liquor Industry Knowledge.
• Selling, Coaching, and Negotiation.
• 2-3 years sales and merchandising experience in a related FMCG environment.
