Provide general HR support to the global business.
Manage employee relations issues to ensure fair and reasonable approach aligned to internal and statutory procedures and above all we do the right thing by our people.
Leveraging prior experience in supporting Induction, Exit Process and Talent Assessment.
Build relationships with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and other HR Business Partners.
Facilitate and program manage roll-out of COE programs including employee engagement survey and action planning, performance management, compensation planning, etc.
Be the first point of contact for employees and people managers world-wide who need support, guidance or who may have queries including on internal policies.
Provide position management in Workday to support workforce planning, organizational changes, contingent workers, etc.
Participate and support in local CSR & DEI activities.
Participate in special projects as needed.
What you'll need
Excellent Communication. Very strong written and oral communication skills who presents information in a concise yet compelling way along with an ability to interface effectively with senior leadership. Bring to the table an ability to present ideas and points of view with a level of comfort.
Experience in performance management, including coaching, documentation, writing and delivering performance improvement plans.
Conflict management skills with a working knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
Hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves working style. Gets things done. A self-starter, who can execute strong project management skills and can prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to thrive in a changing environment, be resilient and live in the “gray.”
Strong people skills. Ability to listen and understand while relating to a variety of personalities and points of view. Accurately assess people and situations determining the best solution for the business. Skilled at teamwork and collaboration across functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus), among other applications.
Develop, analyze, and report financial and operating results; improve forecast accuracy and visibility
Serve as a key partner to the R&D and Technical Operations organizations with a focus on headcount management, vendor cost planning/reporting and CapEx planning/reporting
Participate in the preparation and review of annual budgets as well as the maintenance of rolling annual forecast in Mimecast’s financial planning system (Adaptive Planning) to ensure financial goals are met
Participate in the evolution and execution of financial reporting for various business partners
Perform ad-hoc projects and financial analysis for FP&A team and for stakeholders in R&D and Technical Operations
