LEADERSHIP
- Ethical leadership
- Ensure the alignment of the divisional strategy with Mintek’s mandate and the strategies of external stakeholders e.g. government departments.
- Implementation of the divisional strategy and ensuring that the division maintain its reputation and lead in its offerings to industry.

- Plan, resource and supervise delivery of assigned audit projects so that projects are delivered on time;
