Your mission:

• Application software programming, modifications, system configuration, operator station setup and troubleshooting
• Execution, compliance & optimize of planned maintenance in the BU 
• Adherence to Mondi Technical Standards
• Execute & optimize maintenance strategies on equipment/process level 
• Partake in Root cause failure analysis and closeout
• Achieve Maintenance KPI targets 
• Register all work on SAP, with minimal backlog
• Short term planning as well as planning for the annual shut

Your profile:

• Light current or N6 Diploma in Instrumentation and Process Control
• B-Tech or S4 Instrumentation would be advantegous 
• 5 years of experience as an Instrumentation Artisan
• Good understanding of the DCS & SIS
• Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry will be beneficial 
• Recognition for prior learning will be considered
• Understanding of electrical & instrument wiring schematic drawings
• Broad instrumentation experience in the following areas: Process control, DCS, Profibus and automation systems 
• Computer literacy including SAP, Excel, MS word, P6 (basic) and others
• Gas turbine experience will be advantageous

• Minimum of 3 years post trade experience
• Matric plus N3
• Trade Tested Electrician
• Recognition for prior learning will be considered
• Electronic Motor Protection
• Experience on PLC’s and AC/DC Drives
• Experience on SAP
• Computer literacy
