What you will be doing:

• Application Systems Administration: You will register users and assign the appropriate access rights, monitor and adjust user access, and maintain system performance, recommend updates and manage changes.
• Provision of Advanced Support: You’ll preform daily checks and provide support on all hardware, log and follow up on issues with third-party vendors and provide internal software support.
• System Availability: You will analyse and respond to support requests, diagnose problems and develop and implement solutions. Unresolved issues will be escalated, and all resolution details will be documented and submitted for future reference.
• We are looking for someone who has the experience and expertise to know what’s next. You’ll understand the pet food industry, FMCG, and how to push the Montego brand to new heights.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Systems Associate (MCSA)
• Someone with a Valid Driver’s License – Code B
• An IT Systems Pro with a knack for Cloud Computing, Network equipment and peripherals, Network Protocols, Enterprise Printing, and End User Computing
• 3+ years experience in IT systems
• Someone with proven experience as a M365 administrator and Active Directory

Description

• As a non-continuous (casual) general worker, you'll assist with various tasks that arise unpredictably and are of limited duration. This means you'll be called upon as and when needed, based on our requirements.

Conditions of Work

• Temporary: You'll be hired for specific periods or projects as per our requirements.
• No Permanent Employment: This role does not lead to permanent employment.
• Payment: You'll be paid for the actual hours worked.

The Job:

• General work: Packing stock, assisting drivers with paperwork, on- and of loading of trucks (include heavy lifting of up 40kg bags), cleaning of warehouse and work areas.
• Going on route with drivers, sometimes to faraway places.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF4) or equivalent
• Must be currently unemployed
• Valid Code 10 or up would be a major advantage
• Warehousing, stock and or FMCG industry experience will also add brownie point
