Application Systems Administration: You will register users and assign the appropriate access rights, monitor and adjust user access, and maintain system performance, recommend updates and manage changes.
Provision of Advanced Support: You’ll preform daily checks and provide support on all hardware, log and follow up on issues with third-party vendors and provide internal software support.
System Availability: You will analyse and respond to support requests, diagnose problems and develop and implement solutions. Unresolved issues will be escalated, and all resolution details will be documented and submitted for future reference.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
Someone who is Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Systems Associate (MCSA)
Someone with a Valid Driver’s License – Code B
An IT Systems Pro with a knack for Cloud Computing, Network equipment and peripherals, Network Protocols, Enterprise Printing, and End User Computing
3+ years experience in IT systems
Someone with proven experience as a M365 administrator and Active Directory
