Outbound Sales Agent Vacancy
The ideal candidate for our outbound sales job would have cold calling sales experience in a call center setting and a steady track record of meeting sales targets. Candidates capable of working independently and with initiative are preferred. Your role will use cold calling techniques to contact over-indebted prospective clients to sell our Debt Review services and generate leads for the growth of the debt review business.
We have multiple Junior, Mid-level, and Senior sales positions available, and we foster employees to advance their way to the top – from Sales Agent, all the way to Sales Team Leader!
The Outbound Sales Agent vacancy is a full-time sales position that offers a basic salary of R5K per month with an uncapped sales commission structure with on target earnings of R8000!
Basic Requirements:
Candidates must have Matric
Candidates must have a clear ITC and criminal records
Candidates must have a minimum of six months’ outbound sales experience within a call center environment
Candidates must have good, contactable referees
Desired Qualities:
Extroverted, friendly, confident, and driven personality to actively meet set sales targets
Strong communication, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
Debt Review experience is advantageous
Computer literate with a working knowledge of call center systems and operational regulations

National Debt Advisors, a financial industry leader in Debt Review, is looking for an experienced Recruiter, with great business development skills. Our company offers opportunities in the contact centre management sphere, placing candidates in a wide range of areas which include finance, legal, insurance and marketing. The successful incumbent would be resourceful and understand talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Candidates must have Matric/ Standard 10
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Business Development space
Candidates must have a minimum of two years' recruiting experience
Candidates must understand bulk and call centre recruitment
An understanding of call centre agent targets would be advantageous
An HR qualification would be beneficial
An understanding of recruitment methodologies and strategies
On-boarding experience
Sound profiling experience
An ability to write ads with an understanding of keyword compatibility and SEO
The ability to recruit a wide spectrum of roles and cross pollinate job roles to place the right candidates
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Driving new business and onboarding potential clients
Provide efficient recruitment service to the business and the applicants
Sourcing and screening candidates whilst building and maintaining top quality talent pools
Conducting competency-based interviews

Technologies, the educational industry, and factors influencing the market environment; use promotional materials to support marketing messaging through email and social media.
