    Accounts Payable Data Specialist (40191)

    Job Description

    • My client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Data Specialist to join their Accounts Payable team within the Regional Transactional Services division. The role focuses on invoice quality control, three-way matching, and ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments while adhering to company policies and financial processes.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Perform three-way matching to ensure invoice accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues following set procedures and policies.
    • Verify invoice quality by comparing submissions with purchase orders, contracts, and system protocols (e.g., COUPA).
    • Process and post invoices onto the ERP system (SAP) while ensuring correct application of financial procedures.
    • Investigate and resolve invoice mismatches and discrepancies within COUPA and other systems.
    • Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues through COUPA reports, escalating where necessary.
    • Provide administrative support to maintain accurate invoicing and accounts payable records.
    • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, delegation of authority, and P2P processes.
    • Engage with finance teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and improve payment processes.
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while working within a structured control environment.

    Required Skills

    • Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Business Processes, or equivalent qualification.
    • 3+ years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
    • Experience with root cause analysis and error resolution in accounts payable processes.

    Technical skills:

    • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) skills.
    • Experience using SAP for invoice processing.
    • COUPA experience preferred.
    • Prior exposure to working with Africa-based entities (preferred).

    • A large format digital print company is seeking a professional Digital Print Operator, based in Pinetown.

    Summary:

    • The successful candidate should carry out the relevant tasks relating to their role and handle the material on the Printing Machine according to the production plan and quality control procedures. Maintain safety, quality, maintenance, and good manufacturing practices.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and control print quality and ensure that defect waste is eliminated
    • Maintain and clean departments to insure housekeeping and clean production lines
    • Insure efficient and timely turnover of goods through production to meet assigned deadlines
    • Assist in other departments when necessary
    • High attention to detail and perform handwork tasks
    • Understanding of digital Printing & cutting process, UV flat bed & UV roll to roll, zund Cutters
    • Understanding of inks and machine maintenance
    • Remove printed rolls paperboard from the rewinder and prepare new cores to ensure that the Printing Machine continues uninterrupted production according to the production plan. Operate digital printing machines to produce quality colour and pantone matched products
    • Manage machine speed, monitor toner, colour, finish and adjust to maintain quality
    • Prepare, set up, change over and restart machines with new jobs when needed
    • Read and understand a job ticket to ensure the correct product is produced according to specifications
    • Manage workflow effectively to ensure deadlines are met
    • Perform preventative maintenance
    • Visually inspect product throughout the run for quality checks, registration, ink coverage, and numbering sequence
    • Perform colour calibrations and maintain consistent colour output
    • Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy
    • Monitor and maintain inventory and consumables
    • Other duties as assigned

    Physical Demands:
