    Real Time Administrator

    CORE ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Monitors daily absenteeism and sends a report to the Workforce Manager
    • Provides real-time status anomalies to operations
    • Track, report and call out real-time adherence issues
    • Monitors non-adherence and communicates out-of-line situations
    • Identifies issues that may impact the site's ability to meet service levels in real-time
    • Reviews performance across skill sets and recommends real-time changes that will improve site performance
    • Consult with Workforce Management to determine the best course of action to fill resource needs at store level
    • Process shift swaps, schedule change requests, and time off requests after schedules are released by operations
    • Stay abreast of WFM best practice and technologies to continuously improve this function within the business

    Reporting and Administration

    • Accurately captures exceptions and real-time reporting
    • Produces accurate daily Workforce Management performance reports to various levels of management covering all areas of the business
    • Produces daily and weekly absenteeism Reports
    • Adjusts real-time schedule to accommodate extra-time as governed by the scheduling process

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    • Grade 12
    • Experience in Call Centre Environment will be advantageous
    • 2 to 3 years experience in a Customer Service Environment
    • MS Excel – Intermediate to Advance
    • Excellent written and oral communication
    • Attention to detail
    • Customer service orientation
    • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Excellent decision-making skills, critical thinking skills as well as organisational skills

    Business Analyst

    CORE ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Contributes to shareholder value by delivering on business financial performance by minimising business risk.
    • Responsible for analysing, monitoring and reconciling agreed card transactions.
    • Responsible for identifying fraud, analysing/investigating fraudulent activities, managing fraud and communicating any business risk to the Head of Finance and relevant management.
    • Responsible for verifying payments, of processed refunds, and establishing trends of fraudulent activities as directed by the Head of Finance.
    • Responsible for collecting financial data to determine possible losses and gains related to ongoing business operations or new projects as directed by the Head of Finance.
    • Responsible for identifying areas of weakness and providing recommendations to management to improve business processes by providing solutions.
    • Responsible for documenting business processes and requirements.
    • Responsible for automating business processes.
    • Responsible for analysing data better to understand potential risks, concerns and outcomes of decisions.
    • Responsible for creating reports, summaries, presentations and process documents to display results.
    • Responsible for distributing business risk reports to the Head of Finance and Management.
    • Responsible for evaluating business and finance records to determine the level of risk as directed by the Head of Finance.
    • Responsible for monitoring internal and external data points that may affect the risk level of a decision.
    • Responsible for Identifying economic and financial trends that may present a risk to the company as directed by the Head of Finance.
    • Analysing and evaluating the company's current business processes and identifying areas of improvement.
    • Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern.
    • Presenting ideas and findings in meetings.
    • Training and coaching OneCart members on financial risk.
    • Creating initiatives depending on the business's requirements and needs.
    • Developing projects and monitoring project performance.
    • Collaborating with different users and stakeholders to mitigate risk.
    • Preparing reports on financial and risk performance to Massmart.
    • Sharing effective business processes.
    • Responsible for designing, creating, analysing and preparing financial and risk reports.
    • Responsible for distributing risk reports to the Head of Finance and relevant departments.
    • Responsible for designing and creating risk dashboards for the OneCart team.
    • Responsible for automating risk reports and dashboards.
    • Responsible for providing input into monthly financial reporting and analysis.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    • BCom in Finance or bachelor's degree and relevant business experience in the related field
    • A minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in Business or Financial Analysis
    • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
    • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
    • Experience in leading and supporting successful projects.
