Job Description

• The ideal candidate will assist the current team in daily security administration and activities, as well as bolstering their expertise and experience in order to mature the environment to where cyber security focused work is completed quicker, with a greater focus on the technical intricacies of configuration management, vulnerability management, assessments and remediation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cyber hardening
• Remediation of Internal and external security assessments
• Red team / blue team assessments
• Purple teaming
• Security/forensic investigations
• Firewall rule management and remediating assessments
• Security configuration across the server estate
• Remediation of assessment findings
• Securing the external perimeter configurations
• Securing the internal environment configurations
• DMZ (demilitarised zone) configuration
• Assuming the role of a threat actor
• Security software stack
• Email security
• Cloud security (Azure etc)
• Data protection
• Remediation of penetration testing
• Security Reporting
• Security documentation
• User, data and system access
• Change control

Ideal Experience Required:

• 10 years security specific work experience
• Server infrastructure would be a plus (VMware, Microsoft server stack software) AD, FortiGate FWs, EDR, ATD, AV, Sandboxing, Forensic Tools, SIEM, SOC knowledge
• The ability to handle pressure situations and have a practical and logical thought process.

Role Overview

• As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you'll be an integral part of the creative team, working on diverse projects that include marketing campaigns, set build design, in-store design, activation design, and event design. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality designs that align with client branding and project objectives. You'll work on various design projects, ensuring creativity and innovation in every piece.
• Utilize your expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create compelling visuals.
• Manage your time effectively to meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously without micromanagement.
• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to client meetings, and ensure project goals are met.
• While primarily remote, you'll be required to attend the office on Mondays and for client meetings when needed, brainstorm sessions, or company social events. You will need to be based in Cape Town

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design ability and range.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with the Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and stress-handling skills.
• Bonus Skills: Rendering skills in Adobe Dimensions, Twin Motion, or Maya3D. Light animation skills are advantageous.
• Characteristics: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to work hard to prove yourself and grow within the company.
