    You will:

    • Own, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI (and other tools) that drive key business decisions.

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To maintain excellent customer relationships through effective service delivery; to assist Account Managers with daily tasks with the objective of retaining and growing the defined portfolios.

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • To increase the sales of our clients’ disposable laparoscopic surgical devices portfolio in a concise, effective manner in accordance with company policy and strategies.  The range also includes endo-mechanical staplers, energy devices including capital equipment

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

    • Achieve sales forecast for the territory and ensure the company gain dominant market share.
    • Ensure outstanding in-theatre support to key surgeons and scrub sisters
    • Pre-empt in-theatre stock for up coming procedures
    • To grow our sales faster than our competitors and so gain market share.

    Job Description

    • Our client is in search of a highly performing and self-driven individual to fulfill the Proposal Engineer role within our sales department. This will be a high-pressure, target-driven role, and high performers can expect to be highly rewarded.
    • In this role, the Proposal Engineer/Account Manager will be primarily responsible for nurturing, selling and upselling the company’s products to our existing clients to unlock commercial value from the existing relationships.

    • Proven success in managing and nurturing key accounts in both the public and private sectors, with a track record of securing new business in South Africa. (Experience in other regional markets is a plus.)

    Junior Sales Representative, Patient Monitoring & Theatre Division, Cape Town

    Position Overview:

    • An opportunity exists for a Junior Sales Representative within the Patient Monitoring and Theatre Division, based in Cape Town, Western Cape.
