    Key Account Executive

    About the job

    The key account executive is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company, while overseeing a team of Key Account Managers and Administrators. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the key account executive must build and maintain a strong relationship with the clients. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed, and will bring in new business from existing clients or contacts, and will develop new relationships with potential clients. They will motivate and guide their teams to greater success in the above.

    Key Account Executive Duties and Responsibilities

    • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
    • Resolving key client issues and complaints
    • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
    • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
    • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
    • Managing account team assigned to each client
    • Issue and monitor KPIs and general performance for their team
    • Strategic planning to improve client results
    • Negotiate contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
    • Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
    • Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, merchandising, warehousing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the meeting clients’ needs to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
    • Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
    • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
    • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
    • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
    • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
    • Maintaining all client documentation and cohesive, up-to-date files, so as to have accurate, relevant, and readily available client focused data at all times

    Key Account Executive Requirements and Qualifications

    • Extensive wholesale retail account management experience
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Goal-oriented, organized team player
    • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
    • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
    • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
    • Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred
    • Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
    • Intermediate computer skills, and experience with Customer-relationship management (CRM) software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
    • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
    • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
    • Excellent team player; must be willing and able to work with and in other departments if necessary to ensure clients’ needs are being met. This may mean occasionally working in and with the warehouse to ensure orders are packed and out by deadlines.
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Own transport, with valid driver’s license. Frequent store and client visits are expected.
    • Some travel may be expected (depending on client).

    3D Designer

    Job description

    We are currently on the lookout for Mid-Senior 3D Designer to join our design team.

    In this role, we will ask you to:

    • Design for display, product mock ups including but not limited to:
    • Display Stands and POS display
    • Packaging Mock Ups, Dieline Development for 3D
    • Develop Animation and graphics where required for video
    • You will be expected to problem solve and be self-starting.
    • You will need to be mature enough to self-monitor times, check your own work and maintain consistency.
    • You will be expected to work quickly, juggling multiple accounts and tasks at the same time.

    Requirements / Must have: 

    •  Adobe Illustrator
    •  Adobe Photoshop (PS 3D a plus)
    • Working knowledge of a CAD program like Fusion 360, Sketch Up or similar.
    • Ability to create 3D mock-ups of retail display units and packaging
    • Ability to create CAD drawings of said displays or packagings
    • Knowledge of polygon-based modeling software (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D) as well is an advantage but not essential.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, AfterEffects and / Indesign.
    • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, PDF and Excel.
    • Animation ability
    • Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment.
    • PC or Mac Literate

    IM Technical Writer

    Job Summary:

    As Technical writer you will be required to compose, copy-write and develop product manuals, how-to guides, website help sections, articles, and other such content that imparts technical information with ease and clarity to our consumers, in such a way that shows the professionalism, consistency and integrity of our brands.

    Job description:

    • The technical writer will be responsible for:
    • Gathering information internally and externally regarding product functioning and manual needs
    • Analyzing the information needs of the user
    • Working with sales, product development, design and marketing specialists to compose new material and understand existing user materials and the purpose of new guides
    • Writing top quality, easy to understand material, print or online, for user guides/instruction manuals
    • Proofreading and editing your own work and the work of others
    • Making amendments to written material in line with the suggestions of other departments
    • Commissioning illustrations, diagrams and photographs and incorporating them into text
    • Create tutorials for users and/or internal staff
    • Adapting communications for different audiences
    • Editing and updating existing user guides and marketing materials
    • Mentoring, training and copywriting other colleagues’ materials
    • Attending planning and briefing meetings
    • Indexing and cataloging material
    • Strict adherence to deadlines
    • Consistent, necessary and accurate feedback and follow up on present and upcoming work and briefs
    • Liaising internally and externally in order to assist various departments
    • Accurately following briefs
    • Adapting tone and style on materials to match divisions within the company
    • Collaborating with the in-house design team on a day-to-day basis from manual production, packaging copy and product inserts
    • Daily feedback on status of all jobs

    Requirements:

    • A strong portfolio of relevant work
    • 2 years or more experience as a Technical Manual Writer
    • Industry relevant diploma or Bachelor’s degree
    • Excellent English communication skills; written, oral and comprehension
    • Excellent language skills (grammar, punctuation) and a keen eye for spotting errors
    • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
    • Technical product specification and product manual writing experience
    • Basic to advanced knowledge of consumer electronic products
    • Ability to effectively study a product and complete a relevant instruction manual
    • Minimum of a basic knowledge of Compliance Legislation for instruction manuals and packaging, including knowledge of relevant Consumer Protection Acts (CPA)
    • Basic knowledge of web copy, digital PR
    • Creativity and content/campaign conceptualization skills

    Internal Auditor

    We are looking for an objective Internal Auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of account management, controls, reporting, analytics and governance processes. The successful candidate will need to possess a thorough knowledge of internal procedure audits, strong administrative background and a sound judgement.

    Internal Auditor Responsibilities include: 

    • Performing the full audit cycle including performance monitoring, controls and risk appraisals over the effectiveness, forecasting reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and KPI scoring of our Key Account Managers handling national retail chains.
    • Determining internal audit scope and developing monthly and annual plans.
    • Obtaining, analysing and evaluating documentation, reports, data, graphs and deriving key take-outs.
    • Working with software development team to streamline processes and reporting.
    • Perform and control the full monthly audit cycle including presentation conformity, file maintenance, stock management and forecasting accuracy, general account management performance and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
    • Determine internal audit scope and develop monthly and annual plans.
    • Obtain, analyse and evaluate reporting and analysis documentation, previous reports, data, analysis accuracy etc.
    • Prepare and present reports as well as monthly KPIs that reflect audit’s results and document process.
    • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure compliance and goal achievement.
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures as well as cost and time savings.
    • Maintain open communication with management on performance on each team member and assign monthly KPI scores accordingly.
    • Document processes and prepare audit findings memorandum.
    • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
    • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding KAM requirements, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven working experience as Internal Auditor (5 years +) and very strong analytical and administrative skills
    • Advanced computer skills on MS Office
    • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
    • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
    • Sound independent judgement
    • University degree preferable
