    Transformation Specialist: Project and BAU

    • The key purpose of this role is to support and deliver Transformation for key :D Tech projects and initiatives across the Africa Zone in order to enable Africa’s digital transformation journey, fully transform and stabilize operations as well as drive alignment with Global Best Practices. 

    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Review processes across the Africa Zone to identify areas for optimization, standardization and stabilization using key Transformation Principles
    • Map E2E as is processes, assess interdependencies, perform a gap analysis (People, Process, Tech) and design to be processes in line with: 
    • Sarbanes Oxley and Zone Internal Controls
    • Functional Excellence Programs
    • Best in class external and internal benchmarks
    • Standardized Global/Zone practices and processes 
    • Sign off from key stakeholders (Zone, In Country, Process Owners, etc.)
    • Developing sustainable business cases and plans that lead to improvement in maturity
    • Building relationships with key stakeholders & stakeholder management across projects (In Country, BU, Zone & Global teams)
    • Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure a successful transition between as is and to be processes
    • Working with Process Owners, Change Management & Tech teams to ensure holistic documentation and training for to be processes
    • Leveraging lean six sigma tools and techniques to ensure that waste is eliminated, defects are minimized, and improvement opportunities are identified
    • As a specialist, the role is responsible for collaboration and embracing agile ways of work, ensuring team accountability and responsibility
    • It requires ownership of the DTT transformation agenda, pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery and focus on root cause problem solving, using diverse and collective skills to support, manage and lead members of the transformation squad.

    Group Risk Management Specialist

    • We are looking for an eager / enthusiastic person with a background in mathematics and Data Programming with a knowledge in Data Analytics at a proficient level.     Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Be using the Agile project methodology to solve complex and real business problems by analysing and interpreting key business and operational data to prove or disprove hypotheses
    • Be part of a team that performs testing of hypothesis, interviews and data analysis, and formulate outcomes and suggested action plans
    • Defining, quantifying and solving business problems across People(HR), Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Supply, Operations Center(NoCC) and Technology functions
    • Leading and/or working in teams to deliver tangible results through data analytics fit for purpose tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel, Celonis etc.)
    • Analyzing and interpreting key business processes and operational data to prove or disprove hypotheses

    • Exploring, Recommending and leading in the deployment of RPA to simplify and automate periodic reviews
    • Champion the use of digital and technology within the team and with external stakeholders (for sustainable risk management approaches and overall improvement)
    • Actively supporting team development in analytics capabilities to ensure synchronized team strength
    • Need to step out of your comfort zone and develop your contact network in a highly dynamic and high-pressure environment
    • Be required to tackle new problems and learn new processes on average every quarter
    • Be expected to continuously monitoring the operational risk environment to ensure proactive managed of arising risk leveraging on your strong data analytics skills and business acumen

    Control & Automation Trainee

    • The Control & Automation Trainee programme is a structured 18-month programme which is designed to address the acquisition of technical skills and experience for graduates as well as familiarize them with the company culture and principles. The rigour of the programme should ensure that an individual that has completed the programme can be allocated an area of responsibility immediately.
    • The Technical Traineeship is primarily a hands-on, self-study program where the Trainee is expected to gain a full understanding of the theory, principles and the Control & Automation processes

    Key Outputs and Responsibilities:

    • Apply VPO principles 
    • Participation in the team structures including acting roles in identified positions, i.e. within Maintenance, Planning Systems and Control Systems 
    • Complete and be competent in Generic Modules within VPO, Engineering Safety, Safety & Environment, Control & Automation 
    • Complete identified Projects within the Engineering C&A Training Programme 
    • Participation in projects in the Plant environment aligned to the program requirements and brewery priorities 
    • Diagnosis of systemic and situational problems and troubleshooting

    • Manage and control manufacturing systems infrastructure, Control and automation processes, databases and applications to ensure sustained integrity and stability of the environment 
    • Proactively optimize manufacturing systems to improve quality, efficiency and/or functionality 
    • Lead users through manufacturing systems interventions and change • Work in teams 
    • Coach, guide and assist with training of all production employees 
    • Facilitation, project management and development of systems and/or reports to satisfy the requirements of production 
    • Assist with ensuring that the manufacturing systems environment remains aligned with the manufacturing systems strategy

    Brand Manager

    • The Key Purpose of this role is to grow the Power and Marketshare in South Africa of the brands that the team looks after, at present those are: Carling Black Label, Hansa and Lion Lager within the resource and time constraints available.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Seek opportunities for amplifying the impact and creativity of all brand activities.

    • Own identified projects for the In home/ Out of Home drinking occasion that reflect Shopper and Consumer behaviour insights to improve consumer experience and brand relevance.
