    Assistant Brand Manager: Skin Care

    • You play a critical is supporting the brand management team to drive brand growth and market performance. You help optimize brand performance and achieve business goals. Takes full ownership of end-to-end marketing delivery and demonstrates strong generalist capability across strategy, execution, insights, and commercial management.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Brand Strategy Support:

    • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies that align with overall business goals.
    • Conduct market analysis to gather consumer insights, track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
    • Help in defining brand positioning, messaging and marketing strategies.

    Campaign Execution:

    • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effectively executed across various channels.
    • Assist in the creation of marketing communication materials and liaise with internal teams and external to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
    • Co-ordinate with sales, customer and shopper marketing teams to ensure effective execution of promotions in the market.
    • Monitor marketing activities to gather insights and feedback from- incomplete.

    Project Management:

    • Support new product development and renovations by co-ordinating cross-functional teams including R&D and supply chain.
    • Embrace cross-functional collaboration by working closely with sales, trade marketing and operations to ensure alignment of brand objectives and execution of plans.
    • Have a working knowledge of the brand value chain and critical levers to unlock brand growth.

    Marketing Operations:

    • Budget Management: Assist in managing tracking and record keeping the brand’s budget, ensuring that supplier are paid on time and in full Performance Monitoring: Track brand performance metrics, (i.e. sales, brand equity, market share, brand attributes etc) and prepare reports to evaluate brand performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    • Demand forecasting and planning:  Support the forecasting processes and ensure alignment with supply chain.

    • Analytical skills:  Strong ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for strategic decision making.
    • Attention to detail:  Strong Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

    Experience

    • Requires 1-3 in brand management or marketing (marketing related field i.e. brand management; agency; research).
    • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
    • Technical skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, market research methodologies and data analysis.

    Sales Administrator

    • We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the Grains Sales team. The successful candidate will provide accurate sales administration, reporting, pricing, claims and accrual support while ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and standard operating procedures. 
    • This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively across Sales, Finance, Shopper, Shared Services and other internal stakeholders to support efficient customer and category operations.

    What You Will Do :

    • Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales, customer and category reports. 
    • Support Customer Managers and account teams with sales administration and operational requirements. 
    • Prepare and submit deal sheets and support documentation. 
    • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate transaction records. 
    • Validate pricing claims and track queries through to resolution. 
    • Support pricing, promotional and advertising administration. 
    • Process and monitor accruals and assist with reconciliations. 
    • Maintain activity grids, advertising controls and other customer administration records. 
    • Ensure supporting documentation is complete, accurate and audit ready. 
    • Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding actions and escalate delivery risks promptly. 
    • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Shopper and Shared Services to resolve operational queries. 
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and standard operating procedures. 

    What You Will Bring to the table:

    Qualifications 

    • Grade 12 / Matric is essential. 

    Experience 

    • A minimum of three years’ Sales Administration experience within an FMCG environment. 
    • Experience in supporting Customer Managers, account teams or Shared Services. 
    • Experience in claims management, pricing administration, promotional administration and accrual processing. 
    • Experience preparing customer, category and sales performance reports. 
    • Exposure to reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, Nielsen, Circana or equivalent would be advantageous. 

    Technical Competencies 

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and professional report preparation. 
    • Experience with Oracle purchase order processing or a similar enterprise system. 
    • Experience using MicroStrategy or similar business reporting tools. 
    • Power Query and Power BI experience would be advantageous. 
    • Sound understanding of FMCG sales processes, internal controls and standard operating procedures.
