    AI Engineer

    What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI and machine learning solutions.
    • Write and maintain efficient, scalable, and clean code, primarily using Python and JavaScript.
    • Assist with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
    • Utilize GitHub or GitLab for version control, ensuring code integrity and version tracking.
    • Work on deploying and improving AI models within enterprise products.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI deployments and code performance.

    Your expertise:

    • Proficiency in Python for data processing, model building, and scripting.
    • JavaScript skills for integrating AI solutions into front-end applications or web platforms.
    • CI/CD experience (preferred) to support automation in testing and deployment.
    • Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development.
    • Experience working on enterprise-level products or applications, understanding their scalability and security requirements.

    Data and Transmission Performance Specialist

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop scripts, database updates, reports, alarms, and dashboards to provide visibility and actionable insights across markets.
    • Proactively drive database and KPI issue resolution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
    • Perform comprehensive data integrity checks for Performance Management (PM) and Configuration Management (CM) interfaces.
    • Implement proactive ticketing, notification, and reporting processes to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), increase network availability, and enhance quality and customer experience.
    • Champion automation and zero-touch operations to optimize performance and efficiency.

    Your expertise:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Transmission (TX) performance management or development role.
    • Proven expertise in SQL with advanced skills.
    • Hands-on experience with database query tools, e.g., Oracle.
    • Demonstrated statistical analysis skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
    • Experience developing scripts, reports, and dashboards for actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Suite (Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate) is advantageous.
    • Python skills are a bonus but not mandatory.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

    Operations Manager

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
    • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
    • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
    • Support worker communication with the management team. Be able to accept criticism and build a forward strategy from it.
    • Establishing governance processes to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and the organisation’s resources are used responsibly
    • Where necessary, lead and/or support the implementation of business compliance and risk programs.

    • Deep understanding of UPS and batteries (VRLA and Lithium-Ion) technologies, including online, offline, and line-interactive systems. Familiarity with various brands and models, including configuration and troubleshooting to be the technical support and guidance for the technicians when troubleshooting
    • Onsite UPS sales support when salespeople are selling solutions, by addressing customer technical questions and specifications for sizing of the solution, both UPS and battery requirements, according to load, future expansion and conversion of solution from VRLA to Lithium.
    • Must be available as and when the business requires, to ensure customer satisfaction and minimal disruption to their business, at all times.

    • Leading teams: 2-5 years
    • Project experience: 2-3 years

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
    • Certifications related to UPS systems (e.g., Certified UPS Technician, electrical safety certifications) are a plus
