    Supply Chain Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Capturing of all purchase orders and jobs in Syspro
    • Update all relevant databases
    • Place purchase orders and jobs with manufacturers and suppliers
    • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers on delivery dates, resolve any queries and escalate any concerns
    • Manage stock in inspection, sampling and release from the QA department
    • Manage backorders so that products are delivered on time and escalate any concerns.
    • Drive price variances to the minimum and support any inventory initiatives
    • Support the sourcing of new suppliers and grow the relationship with current suppliers
    • Support any supplier pricing improvement projects
    • Receive all sales orders and process on the ERP system
    • Upload orders to the external warehouse order fulfillment system.  Ensure stock is allocated and rotated according to agreed standards
    • Upload and instruct 3rd parties to pick and pack orders, arrange transport for deliveries and issue customer invoices
    • Identify and drive opportunities for improvements in terms of service improvement and overall cost reduction for the complete supply chain

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualification

    • Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics

    What are we looking for

    • Minimum 5 years in a Supply Chain or Logistics environment including exposure to international supply chains, working with freight forwarders and distribution channels
    • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly intermediate Excel skills
    • Knowledge of Syspro software
    • Excellent accuracy & attention to detail skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Good planning and organising skills
    • Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transport

    Trade Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Identify the data based reporting requirements of the sales, brand and operations team
    • Manage the SLA performance of third-party information vendors, such as IRI Aztec
    • Deliver professional data based solutions within specified timelines
    • Provide category insights to support the sales and marketing teams, while tracking performance against agreed account plans
    • Conduct gap analysis of category, store penetration and ranging recommendations
    • Analyse data and provide monthly and quarterly customer and brand decks
    • Develop store-level planograms in line with the category plan (by key account and by region) and provide merchandising guidelines for the sales team
    • Develop and advise on pricing strategy for the organisation
    • Manage allocated budget effectively
    • Manage projects effectively and attend NPD projects and provide assistance where necessary to get product on shelf (listing support)
    • Develop and deliver forecasting data models that will;
    • support the planning and procurement teams with more value-add forecasting tools
    • determine the impact of promotions on the sale volumes and values
    • analyse the success of new product and/or category launches (analysis of market, key - competitors, gaps, opportunities and business risks)
    • enable the sales team to set realistic sales KPI's
    • Assist the sales team to identify all execution gaps and sales opportunities

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualification

    A degree in Business or Marketing

     What are we looking for

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
    • Experience in data analytics, category management, supply chain
    • Experience with Power BI including briefing for dashboard development
    • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and identifying market trends
    • Proficient is using marketing analytics' tools
    • Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel
    • A strategic and commercial mindset
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
