A relevant Human Resources tertiary qualification, supported by a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in generalist HR management with a focus on talent management.
Sound knowledge and experience of the HR value chain with specific experience in recruitment & selection, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, reward and recognition and workforce planning.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
Excellent command of English (verbal and written communication).
Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
