Purpose: 

• To provide comprehensive, confidential and trusted administration support and assistance to the Legal Services Unit (“LSU”) to ensure efficient running of the Legal Services operations, whilst maintaining confidentiality.

Key Performance Areas:-

• Contracts Administration
• Travel Administration.
• Invoice Administration
• Provision of Legal Assistance
• Office Administration
• Reporting

Key Requirements:

• Paralegal Diploma or Equivalent
• Having a Legal Degree will be advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration and support preferably in a corporate/ public entity’s legal department or legal firm.

Purpose: 

• To assist the CCMA Commissioners and structures by providing interpreter services to facilitate successful outcomes of CCMA activities.

Key Performance Areas:-

• Verbal interpretations during hearings.
• Administrative support functions.

Key Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• National Diploma in Labour Related Qualification.
• 1 year experience
• Knowledge on latest legislation/ amendments.

Languages: Afrikaans, isiXhosa and English.
