    Junior Accountant

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Full Accounts Payable function including processing of invoices, credit notes, recording of payments on ERP system and reconciliations.
    • Checking and approval of invoice on Purchasing system
    • Preparation and loading of payments on ABSA Business Integrator
    • Balance Sheet reconciliations
    • Preparation of Disbursement Schedule for recharging
    • Raising Customer invoice for Disbursement expenses
    • Review and management of payments received for disbursement expenses to ensure all disbursement expenses are paid.
    • Cashbook processing
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Liaising with suppliers, retailers and key account mangers regarding queries and discrepancies on any accounts
    • Monthly review of ad hoc expenses
    • Preparing monthly accrual journals for unrecovered expenses
    • Support senior accountant and financial manager in delivering support to external clients.

    REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

    • Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting advantageous
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Previous disbursement accounting knowledge will be advantageous
    • Proficient in Excel (basic functions like Vlookup, Xlookup, SUMIF, SUMIFS etc.)
    • Previous experience working on an ERP System (Syspro advantageous)

    Financial Assistant

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Processing of supplier invoices
    • Preparing and loading payments, as well as approving, purchasing and invoice the related purchase orders in Fraxion to ensure it reflects in the cashbook.
    • Ensure all purchase orders are loaded correctly and documents provided have the required information before processing payments
    • Ensure weekly payments are processed accurately on specified payment days.
    • Keep record of all payments processed via cashbook
    • Ensure payment documents and supplier invoices are filed accordingly
    • Downloading proof of payments and providing to suppliers
    • Assist/manage loading banking details onto Syspro for new employees
    • Provide training to new employees on procurement system (Fraxion)
    • Assist with new vendor applications as well as create new vendor profiles on Fraxion
    • Liaise with staff regarding expense claims and supplier invoice discrepancies
    • Assist and processing of the stationery ordering for office requirements.
    • Processing and maintaining monthly journals
    • Managing of Standard bank paycard profile including ordering new cards, allocating cards to BC’s &RDM’s, loading funds and paying out BC incentives
    • Ensure all incentives are captured, processed within SLA and keep records in order
    • Supplier Vetting
    • Handling queries from staff and suppliers re payments
    • Perform the cashbook function by capturing all necessary bank transactions which occur during the month.
    • Processing and reconciling all the relevant bank statements and bank accounts.
    • Closing of Cashbook for monthly roll forward

    REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

    • Finance diploma or relevant qualification would be advantageous.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable/Cashbook
    • Fraxion experience advantageous.
    • Previous accounting related experience in understanding basic Bookkeeping Function.
    • Knowledge of accounting systems. Previous experience with Syspro ERP would be advantageous
    • High level of computer competency and literacy, including Microsoft Office programs (MS Word and Excel)
    • Experience in on-line banking systems

    Beauty Consultant (Roaming) - Durban

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ACHIEVE COUNTER SALES TARGETS

    • Achieve monthly and annual set budgets
    • Track counter and individual targets
    • Sell and drive sales in order to achieve targets
    • Assist in setting up and driving sales at Counter events
    • Provide feedback on sales/counter related issues or concerns

    BRAND MANAGEMENT

    • Increase brand awareness and image through ensuring adherence to grooming and uniform guidelines
    • Monitor competitor activity
    • Know your in-store ranking
    • Ensure that stock is merchandised according to merchandising guidelines
    • Know your stock versus tester ratio and report out of stocks RDM daily to drive sales and maintain an exceptional client experience
    • Ensure that counter hygiene standards are maintained according to brand standards at all times

    CLIENT EXPERIENCE

    • Uphold and reinforce the Client experience standards
    • Build relationships and loyalty with clients
    • Drive increased customer data base (attraction of NEW customers)

    ADMINISTRATION

    • Complete daily tracking sheets and submit weekly to RDM
    • Complete all progress reports required and submit timeously
    • Complete and update client cards for all new and existing clients and file accordingly

    TEAM WORK

    • Work in collaboration with other colleagues to drive and execute overall budgets as well as supporting events
    • Support and assist new team members with onboarding and orientation
    • Build relationships with respective retailer to achieve key outputs

    REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

    • Matric certificate
    • Previous retail and skincare experience
    • Certificate in Beauty/Somatology is advantageous

    Make Up Artist – NARS Cosmetics

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    MAXIMISE TURNOVER, PROFIT AND PRODUCTIVITY

    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Assist in setting up and driving sales at events/launches/retailer activities.
    • Provide feedback on sales/customer related issues or concerns timeously.

    BRAND MANAGEMENT

    • Monitor competitor activity, stay up to date with current industry trends.
    • Ensure that hygiene and safety standards are maintained according to brand requirements at all times.
    • Adhere to and maintain brand standards at all times.

    STOCK MANAGEMENT, MERCHANDISING AND STORE OPERATIONS

    • Ensure that stock is merchandised according to merchandising guidelines.
    • Report out of stocks to line manager daily to drive sales and maintain an exceptional client experience.
    • Execution of all responsibilities with regards to stock administration, stock loss prevention, stock level control and management.
    • Implementation and adherence to operating procedures and policies at all times.
    • Ensure adherence to asset control and security procedures.
    • Execution of all responsibilities with regards to point of sale.

    CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

    • Provide an exceptional and consistent client experience to all customers.
    • Uphold and reinforce the Customer journey and experience standards.
    • Build relationships, loyalty and inspire confidence in customers by creating unique make-up looks.
    • Use expert makeup skills when demonstrating products to customers.
    • Share make-up tips, expert knowledge, current trends and provide customers with a personalized, educational experience.

    • Implementation of CRM processes and procedures.
