Main accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Data collection: Conduct detailed observations of each process to understand current practices and time consumption for the various tasks.
• Analysis: Use data collected to identify areas for improvement and determine standard times for each task to be completed.
• Reporting: Maintaining records and reports.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of time studies, including methods, results, and any changes made because of the analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Matric
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Industrial Engineering Graduates would be preferred

Main accountabilities: 

Financial Management

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and YTD –
• Cash Collected (Net of VAT), and
• Discount Target
• Drive new sales opportunities through a variety of innovative methods

Customer/ Brand Management 360°

• Drive exceptional customer service with full accountability for customer engagement and communication
• Assist clients and ensure that their needs are identified and met
• Act as the single point of contact for the client
• Ensure that care instructions are explained
• Maintain general housekeeping and ensure that all items are priced and displayed correctly
• Ensure training compliance in line with company policy

Operational Management

• Ensure that processes detailed below are executed efficiently and as per company policy
• Sales Orders
• Account Management
• SR Management / Resolution
• Stock take
• Studio Referral
• Decorator / Partner Program

Qualifications:

• Grade 12/ Matric
• Relevant diploma/ degree advantageous e.g. Interior Design

Experience and skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience
• Previous experience in consumer-centric environment
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
• Comfortable working with different systems and technology, including POS and stock management systems
• Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
• Passionate about décor and Weylandts furniture and homeware products.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential
