    Key Controller

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all keys for vehicles at the dealerships (on Google Drive)
    • Monitor the issuing and returns of keys, ensuring timely and proper documentation.
    • Coordinate the issuance of keys to authorized personnel, including sales, service, and administrative staff.
    • Ensure the timely return of keys to the designated storage area.
    • Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Administrative departments to understand key requirements and address any issues promptly.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth key transactions.
    • Request quotations for spare keys to be made
    • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard keys against loss or theft.
    • Input of vehicle history
    • Manage vehicles going in for roadworthy, fitments or other.
