    Senior Art Director

    Job Description

    You landed here because you’re a passionate conceptual Art Director looking for a new experience. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for the output and crafting of strategic and conceptual ideas.

    As a member of The Agency, you will produce distinctive brand, acquisition and marketing assets and experiences, across many channels. You must be skilled in strategic thinking, creative ideation, and art direction.

    Your role in the team

When you join us as a Senior Art Director, you’ll form part of the team charged with the upliftment of creativity and growth of The Agency, our internal global creative hub. You’ll be responsible for continuously pushing the creative boundaries, supporting the brand identity and providing solutions to the business's ever-changing needs.

    What you’ll do

    • Conceptualize strategic brand and product ideas for campaigns
    • Interrogate briefs and present creative ideas, clearly and in a logical manner
    • Create graphics of varying descriptions and complexities (e.g. logos, social collateral, campaign artwork, internal comm templates, etc.) in addition to key concept generation
    • Collaborating closely with other creative and delivery teams within the business (e.g. copy, video, media, brand strategy, CRM, etc.)
    • Ensuring that all creative adheres to brand guidelines and design best practices
    • Develop and growth relationships with regional stakeholders in order to drive effective creative • Be a key contributing member to project and campaign working groups, making recommendations & delivering against requirements to meet KPIs

    • Understanding of storytelling in communications
    • In-depth knowledge of Adobe creative suite as well as presentation building in Microsoft applications, such as PowerPoint
    • Strong communication skills to sell creative thinking to Stakeholders
    • Working creatively in conjunction with delivering admin and organisational tasks
    • To be a self-starter who takes initiative and actively works towards growing the creative capabilities and profile of the team

    Senior Conceptual Copywriter

    You should be skilled in strategic thinking, creative ideation and storytelling. We are developing a best-in-class marketing team, and this is your chance to be apart of it.

    Your role in the team

    What you’ll do

    • Support the Creative Lead in growing The Agency into an effective creative hub.
    • Defining requirements for and the development of concepts and executions that are on-brief, on-brand, innovative and adheres to global best practices.
    • Developing, reviewing and approving assets of varying descriptions and complexities (e.g. social collateral, campaign assets, internal comms templates, etc.)
    • Support the Creative Lead in creating a culture of creativity, growth, innovation and collaboration.
    • Deliver to deadlines, working with traffic managers and within our workflow tool – Workfront.

    CRM Coordinator

    Your role in the team

    The CRM team's vision is to operate a world class centre of excellence that supports the business in crafting CRM programmes that deliver engaging, personalised client experiences across multichannel touchpoints during the client lifecycle.

    To support this, we are looking to appoint a CRM Executive to join a team who are responsible for IG Group's marketing and service communications globally. You will support the development and delivery of our CRM communications, and will work closely with our product, content and regional teams to ensure that we deploy best in class CRM for our next generation investing app. You will drive continuous optimisation of our campaigns and journeys that drive acquisition, retention and conversion.

    The role will also work closely with CRM Strategy, Analytics and Technology teams to effectively utilise the variety of communication channels and technology available at IG to build and manage best in class CRM programmes.

    What you’ll do

    • Work with the CRM strategy team to create new, effective, mobile-first CRM journeys for mobile app users.
    • Track and monitor performance of the CRM journeys, utilising dashboards to optimise to conversion and customer experience.
    • Set up effective lead nurture and lifecycle conversion journeys.
    • Ensure multi-channel communications journeys are set up and continually optimised to deliver conversion.
    • Monitor key campaign metrics and highlight areas for improvement and optimisation
    • Manage and maintain benchmarks for reporting campaign effectiveness.
    • Work with Content and production teams to ensure content is delivered to clients in the right moment.
    • Work with the wider Group Marketing CRM team to ensure best practices, and continuous optimisation.
    • Understand the regulatory landscape and ensure all communications are compliant and meet all requirements.

    • Experience working with Braze or similar marketing automation tool from planning to execution.
    • Experience building client journey maps for communication, and developing content and contact strategies.
    • An understanding of key CRM engagement metrics, and how to measure, test and optimise results.
    • Experience in HTML coding language for building emails an added bonus
    • An understanding of GDPR and Data Privacy regulation
    • A passion for learning, and for sharing skills and capabilities.
    • Experience of app-based retail financial environment would be an advantage.
    • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
