Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design for Marketing Posts:

• Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva for creating visually appealing posts.
• Understands branding and can ensure designs align with our company’s voice.

Marketing Campaign Management:

• Experienced in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email, Google Ads).
• Can analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Website Management:

• Skilled in website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) for updates, content creation, and SEO optimization.
• Ensures the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.

General Marketing Strategy and Execution:

• Develops and implements marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Can handle social media accounts, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM systems.

• The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in mapping current processes (as-is), documenting future state, and documenting functional specifications in relation to the implementation. Where needed assist with analysis as prioritised within scope of the business value optimisation workstream/s.

Requirements:

• Experience with SAP System
• 5+ years in a similar role
• Stakeholder Management

• Data Management (Administration): The ability to effectively and efficiently manage business process and data requirements in an accurate manner, through the application of various technologies.

Experience required:

• Data Engineering: 4+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably within the financial or banking sector.
• Dashboard Development: Proven experience creating interactive, insightful dashboards in Power BI tailored to business needs.
• Data Management: Familiarity with best practices in data warehousing, data quality, and data governance.

Technical Skills:

• SQL: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
