    Facilitator

    The Job

We believe our teams are full of capable people and we want to empower them to create the best working processes and environments for themselves. That could mean working Agile, Lean, more traditional, or inventing an entire new way of doing things. Anything that works for them, as long as it can connect to the rest of the organization and fits within our values. This is not about us telling our people what to do, it is about making them more effective by offering them choices. As a Facilitator, you enable the teams to find what works best for them, by examining processes, suggesting new ways of working and organizing effective feedback loops. Our teams are diverse and global, ranging from software developers to field implementers. They are the experts on their subject, you are the expert on possible ways of working and you can enable without telling.

This is a new role at a company that does things its own way. We think Facilitators can add enormous value to Triggerise, and one of the first parts of your job will be to help us shape how we are going to deliver this value. It is a role that is about process just as much as it is about enabling the Triggerise culture of trusting our employees. We are hiring two Facilitators at the same time because we believe this will help us build a good offer to the organization. This role can be based in any of our main countries. Here are some of the things we imagine the two of you will do:

    • Mapping and evaluating current ways of working with existing teams
    • Kick-offs and building process maps with new matrix teams
    • Facilitating health checks on whether processes make sense and if they align where needed with other parts of the organization
    • Evaluating how each team works independently, how they work together and providing teams with coaching where necessary
    • Identifying and creating effective feedback loops, running the in-depth sessions

    About you

You are innovative, people-focused and you have a flexible mind that sees possibilities rather than regulations. You are approachable and can adapt to different cultures. You have the ability and expertise to form opinions about what would work for teams, and a capability and openness that empowers them to make choices.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of working experience in a role that requires you to enable, coach and analyze teams and processes and proven experience with different ways of working. Maybe you were a consultant, trainer, coach or maybe you did something else that would fit really well
    • University education or the equivalent in work experience
    • Knowledge and experience of working with numerous ways of working - e.g. Agile, Lean, Sigma, project management, matrix teams

    The Rewards

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The salary brackets for this position, excluding benefits, is R45 400 - R67 300 per month in South Africa, KSH 266 000 - KSH 399 000 per month in Kenya and €2 450 - €3 670 in Portugal. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues. If you would like to know more about the salaries in our other locations, please contact us.

In addition to your monthly salary, we offer you:

    • Great secondary benefits
    • A personal development budget.
    • Unlimited holidays, if you can make it work with your team you’re good to go.
    • Growth opportunities.
