    Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead

    Job Description

    • Our Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) are technology experts, who build and deliver high-quality and innovative technology solutions that help our clients to be successful and change the way their people and customers experience work, life and entertainment on the Microsoft platform.
    • We are looking for people with a breadth of knowledge across all IT components driven by business aspirations and requirements.

    Key Competencies:

    • Deep technical skills and experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    • Ability to develop implementation plans and estimates that inform the technology implementation

    Experience:

    • 5+ years in software system development
    • 4 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • At least 1 year working experience building solutions on D365 Customer Service, Sales, and or Marketing
    • Strong skills in C#, .Net and JavaScript
    • Proficient in writing SQL Queries and using D365 query tools and languages

    • Sound conceptual understanding of systems and data in the Cloud paradigm
    • Minimum 2 years experience engaging and working with eco-system partners and vendors in the AI and automation fields
    • Formal Project Management qualification and more than 10 years leading projects experience

    • Minimum of 15 years managing and delivering in an R&D environment

    Artificial Intelligence Product Manager

    Job Description

    An expert AI/ML scientist. You work at the intersection between business, technology, data and user experience.  You want to change how the world works and lives by taking AI out of the lab and into everyday life.  You know the theory and you have hands-on expertise from studies, experience and/or self-taught projects. You understand data and how it can be utilised to the benefit of your clients. You are all about helping clients identify opportunities to apply and scale AI/ML into value and have the ability to mobilise technical teams to successfully deliver on that vision.

    • Provide hands-on technical thought leadership, solve large & complex business problems and drive actionable insights for clients
    • Discover opportunities for AI/ML through user research, market research and competitor analysis
    • Study and analyse client business strategies, processes and underlying data to identify opportunities for AI/ML interventions
    • Enable the ideation of innovative solutions through the facilitation of creative and innovative thinking on large and diverse teams
    • Conceptualise and design software solutions (AI/ML powered or otherwise) to address identified opportunities and pain points
    • Enable communication between business (strategy and needs) and technical teams (user stories, requirements and specifications)
    • Identify, source and assess data for the purposes of AI/ML solutions
    • Lead the end-to-end development process to turn ideas into products that bring measurable value to clients
    • Provide technical leadership to delivery teams through the application of modern/agile development methodologies
    • Enable delivery through feature definition, prioritisation, backlog grooming and release planning
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap
    • Perform business and data analytics for clients
    • Understand the intersection and enable collaboration between research, innovation and implementation

    Qualifications

    • A Master's degree in data science or  computer science
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in the AI/ML domain
    • At least 2 years experience in strategic team leadership
    • Minimum of 15 years experience of  conceptualisation and design of software, data and/or AI related products
    • Minimum of 15 years of successful end-to-end technical leadership and delivery of software products
    • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated track record working with data and various RDMBSs including Oracle, PostgreSQL, Ms SQL Server and MongoDB
    • A working knowledge of the complete data pipeline
    • Minimum of 10 years in technical leadership of teams of 5 or more engineers
    • Working knowledge of Data Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Python
    • Appropriate training in AI/ML Product Management
    • Appropriate training on agile Product Ownership / Product Management
    • Ability to apply and facilitate Design Thinking techniques and principles
