    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    The Deployment role supports our services that focus on DevOps technologies, including automation, continuous integration and configuration management.

    •  Advanced experience in administration and troubleshooting for two (2) or more of the following:
    •  DevOps/Deployment
    •  Orchestration Management
    •  Configuration Management
    •  Continuous Integration technology (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible Chef, Puppet, or related tools)
    •  Advanced experience with System Administration with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server and associated technologies (Active Directory, Exchange)
    •  Advanced experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or related)


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    •  One or more Web and Application Server technologies (e.g. Apache HTTPD, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Glassfish, JBoss, Puma, Passenger, IIS)
    •  One or more scripting language (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python, extensions)
    •  One or more version control platform (e.g. Git, Perforce, SVN, TFVC)

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    This role supports our services that focus on distributed, cloud infrastructure of AWS S3 storage, Cloudfront, Storage Gateway, Glacier, Simple Email Service, Snowball, AWS Elemental Media Services (Video streaming, Transcoding and storage solutions), Kinesis Video Streams, Elastic Transcoder, AWS Transfer for SFTP, Datasync and AWS Backup. Our support engineers are also the “voice of the customer” and have a strong voice in to the development teams for recurring issues or feature requests.

    •  Strong Unix/Linux or Windows system administration skills
    •  Knowledge of client/server and distributed systems architectures.
    •  Knowledge of filesystem, block and object storage.
    •  Knowledge of Storage architectures and backup/DR strategies
    •  Good understanding of networking protocols: DNS, HTTP, SSL, SFTP, TCP and UDP.
    •  Experience operating and troubleshooting email services and SMTP.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    •  Understanding of Content Delivery Networks
    •  Experience troubleshooting filesystem, block and object storage
    •  Experience with scripting (i.e. bash, Python, PowerShell etc.)
    •  Detailed knowledge of storage protocols: iSCSI, NFS, SMB
    •  Expertise with network troubleshooting and tools e.g. iperf, MTR, traceroute, dig,

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    The Big Data role supports our services that leverage data and produce business insights, which may include using Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI). Helping our customers use and integrate Big Data services in what is arguably our industry’s most exciting space. The portfolio of services covers EMR (Hadoop), DynamoDB (NoSQL), MangoDB, and Apache Cassandra.

    •  2+ years experience in Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Hive, and Presto
    •  2+ years experience in DynamoDB or NoSQL technologies like MongoDB or Cassandra
    •  2+ years experience with System Administration with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) including Microsoft Active Directory, and LDAP integration.
    •  Experience with troubleshooting Kerberos Authentication problems.
    •  Experience with Network troubleshooting.
    •  Basic understanding of Machine Learning and statistics
