    BPM Developer

    • We're looking for a BPM Developer who can design, build, and optimise intelligent business processes using tools like IBM Business Automation Workflow and Camunda.
    • This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, workflow automation, and AI, where your work directly improves how a business operates every day.

    What You'll Be Doing

    You'll be the person who makes things work better:

    • Design and build automated workflows that simplify complex processes
    • Develop scalable, production-ready software components
    • Orchestrate systems using BPM tools, APIs, and microservices
    • Integrate event-driven solutions using Kafka/Confluent
    • Apply AI-driven insights to optimise processes and decision-making
