    SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead (Manager)

    Main Purpose of Job

    • The Lead/Manager – SAP SuccessFactors will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role will act as the primary point of contact for all SuccessFactors-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving process improvements, and leading a team of SAP professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects, including planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
    • Oversee the design, configuration, and customisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation).
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors functionalities.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SAP SuccessFactors consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
    • Drive change management activities, including training, communication, and support to maximise user adoption and minimise business disruption.
    • Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices for SAP SuccessFactors usage, data integrity, and security.
    • Liaise with SAP and third-party vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
    • Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for process and system optimisation.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Oversee the development and delivery of HR analytics and reporting.

    Qualifications

    Essential Qualifications and Experience

    • A minimum of 10 years of extensive, demonstrable experience in SAP SuccessFactors is imperative for this role.
    • Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within a client-facing environment is essential.

    Critical Technical Competencies

    • Demonstrated ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Comprehensive expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including implementation, maintenance, support, and documentation.
    • Proficiency in client engagement, with a focus on translating business requirements into actionable blueprints, configurations, testing protocols, migration strategies, support plans, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with key SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning Management System (LMS), Compensation, and Time Management/Evaluation.
    • Verifiable experience in successfully completing at least two full lifecycle implementations of the Employee Central module.
    • Advanced understanding of Employee Central integration within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
    • Proven expertise in functional design methodologies and best practices.
    • Substantial experience operating in client-facing or equivalent high-stakes environments is non-negotiable.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in crafting and presenting comprehensive documentation to clients.
    • Exceptional ability to leverage HR functional knowledge to inform and enhance process and/or technology solutions.
    • Advanced consulting skills, including problem-solving, strategic thinking, and effective communication.

    Senior Manager: Business Modelling – Model & Insights

    About the Job

    • As a Senior Manager in the Business Modelling team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of engagements across various sectors, with responsibility for leading on-the-ground teams, managing and coaching junior staff and supporting the partners and directors in client-facing delivery.

    The nature of work that you will get involved in may include:

    • Leading teams and building financial models capable of Decision Support / Capital Allocation / Tariff setting / Valuations / Consolidations / Commercial Viability
    • Exposure to Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Mining and Manufacturing are advantageous
    • Experience in government lead procurement programmes such as REIPPP, RMIPPP, ESIPPP are desirable

    • Preparing robust business planning or transaction models by applying detailed understanding of commercial practicalities, accounting and finance knowledge, technical ability, quantitative analysis, and logic
    • Creating progressive financial models that capture the future operating, investing and financing activities, and helps clients determine future profitability, financial position, and risk
    • Good grasp of data modelling and its relationship to Financial Modelling
    • Good grasp of data visualisation besides excel.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
    • International professional qualification advantageous i.e CA, CFA, ACCA or CPA
    • 4 - 6 years’ experience in similar role.

    Service Desk Operator

    Job Description
    Purpose:

    • The ServiceNow Desk Operator is responsible for providing first-line support and efficient resolution of IT incidents and service requests using the ServiceNow platform. The role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely response, and accurate ticket management.

    Qualifications
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Incident Management: Log, categorise, prioritise, and assign incidents and service requests in ServiceNow according to agreed SLAs.
    • Ticket Resolution: Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis, resolve issues where possible, and escalate unresolved tickets to appropriate teams.
    • User Support: Offer support to end-users via phone, email, and ServiceNow portal, ensuring clear and professional communication.
    • ServiceNow Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ServiceNow, ensuring all actions and communications are logged.
    • Monitoring: Monitor ticket queues and dashboards to ensure timely response and resolution.
    • Knowledge Management: Contribute to and maintain knowledge articles and FAQs within ServiceNow.
    • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on ticket status, trends, and SLA compliance as required.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and ServiceNow configurations.

    Key Skills & Experience:

    • Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT support role (desirable).
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Can independently investigate and troubleshoot functional issues with a strong understanding of the technical requirements.
    • Has project and support experience: Implementation, maintenance, support, and documentation.
    • Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to determine blueprints, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
    • Experience in the following: GL, AP, AR, AA, and Banking
    • At least 1 partial life cycle implementation of the FI/CO module.
    • Ability to understand the process of receiving, validating, managing, routing and monitoring of vendor invoices
    • Facilitates easy collaboration with stakeholders within the Procure to Pay process
    • Must have experience operating in a client facing or similar role.
    • Experience in drafting and presenting documentation to clients.

    • ITIL Foundation certification (desirable).
