    Clerk Site Administrator

    Description:

    • Accountable for completion of Warehouse report on weekly basis
    • Control receipt of raw materials
    • Update and control of Enaex Africa IMS System and IMS System
    • Update and control Planed Task Observation (PTO), Planned Inspection and site induction as per schedule.
    • Updating of contractor’s pack as per mine requirements
    • Updating of Site Register
    • Ensure all notice boards are correct, neat, and updated correctly.
    • Submitting of Contractor hours and weekend permit applications
    • Accountable for invoicing weekend overtime worked.
    • Arrange induction and medical examination for employees.
    • Organizing identification cards and pit licenses
    • Record keeping of stock levels.
    • Assisting Site Supervisor with general administrative work
    • Update and ensure correct time and attendance is captured.
    • Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained in offices.
    • Loading of purchase requisitions
    • Liaise with buyers, suppliers, end users and demand coordinator.
    • Ordering of raw materials and PPE
    • Knowledge on SAP and SAP related transactions (Loading of PR, Follow-up on Purchase Orders, and communication with Buyers)

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Must)
    • Diploma qualification (an advantage)
    • Must be computer literate (MS Office)
    • 2-3 years administrative experience 
    • Computer knowledge (MS Office)

    Artisan Electro Mechanic - Witbank

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS

    • Faultfinding on Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic/Pneumatic and instrumentation systems.
    • Repair electrical, mechanical pneumatic/hydraulic breakdowns on equipment ie (hid systems, mono pumps, level transmitters, screw conveyors and limited diesel mechanic work.)
    • Preventative maintenance on production equipment ie (hid systems, mono pumps, level transmitters, screw conveyors and limited diesel mechanic work.)
    • Get service documentation (job cards) signed off and records are sent to supervisor.
    • Do yearly earth resistance tests on plant and magazines.
    • General office equipment, lights and portable electrical equipment maintenance.
    • Daily liaison with production and logistics site personnel regarding breakdowns, spares and equipment.
    • Assist with technical investigations and RCA
    • Identification of defects, reporting to foreman, do job cards to address defects.
    • Compliance to safety, health, environment & quality requirements.
    • Manage spares stock levels and reorder of spares.
    • Do basic welding / grinding
    • Do standby duties

    Requirements:

    To provide technical expertise to a team of Technicians. Be accountable for development and implementation of sound asset maintenance strategies.  To manage renewal and replacement strategies for all electrical equipment’s.     Assistant Magazine Master - Ekandustria

    Description:

    Ensuring that final product is managed responsibly within the requirements of the Chief Inspector of Explosives by adhering to Chapter 8 of the explosives act. Managing the magazine personnel in the movement of product in and out of explosives magazines to fulfil customer requirements.

    Coordinating and managing magazine compliance.
