    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    What You'll Do

    Recruitment Strategy & Planning

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Support workforce planning initiatives and talent pipeline development.

    Sourcing & Candidate Attraction

    • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networks, referrals).
    • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
    • Conduct targeted outreach for hard-to-fill roles.

    Screening & Selection

    • Review applications and CVs to shortlist suitable candidates.
    • Conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
    • Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments as needed.

    Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

    • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
    • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent insights.
    • Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

    Administrative & Compliance

    • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate recruitment records.
    • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and facilitate onboarding.
    • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws, EE policies, and internal procedures.

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, KPIs, and hiring trends.
    • Provide insights to improve recruitment strategies and reduce time-to-fill.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing tools, and best practices.
    • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Any other such duties that might be required.

    What You’ll Need

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is typically required (required).
    • South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) – (Advantageous)
    • Psychometrist (Advantageous)
    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite) with web development skills (required).
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Track record of successful recruitment campaigns.
    • A clear criminal and credit record.

    Chef Assistant

    • We have an amazing opportunity for a Chef Assistant to be based in Alberton, Gauteng, Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
    • The successful candidate be responsible for basic food preparation, assisting chefs with dishing up of food and presentation, whilst ensuring that the housekeeping is in line with Hollywood standards. Responsible to kitchen stock count and ensuring the kitchen stock is stored and maintained appropriately.

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Ensure appropriate dress code in in with health and safety requirements and in accordance with Hollywood standards.
    • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices and ensure conformance to established standards.
    • Inspect kitchen stock- all food, spices, etc. Recommendations to defrost freezers as and when required.
    • Ensure all kitchen stock is well maintained, packaged and allocated to the correct area- shelves, freezers etc.
    • Ensure stock rotation and ensure expired food is disposed of and classified as waste.
    • Leftover food from the previous day is dished into appropriate containers and appropriately stored for serving.
    • Ensures preparation of food in readiness for chefs for all manufactured menu items as per GAAP.
    • Dish up orders in accordance with GAAP portion sizes as per waitron orders.
    • Ensures that all orders are prepared and dished up timeously to ensure exceptional customer service
    • Ensures presentation of orders is in line with Hollywood standards.
    • Reports any operational problems (faulty/damaged equipment) that could hinder daily operations.
    • Assisting of reporting of all stock items to the Chef on items that are running low.
    • Ensures that all wastages and breakages during the shift are disclosed and accounted for.
    • Ensures the cleaning of kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls as and when the need arises.
    • Ensures that the kitchen and cooking area is left neat and tidy prior to the next shift.
    • Continuously monitor the kitchen area to ensure that the kitchen is clean and tidy.
    • Responsible for kitchen stock count.
    • Any other ad hoc duties that might be required.

    • Ensure that cash-ups are done following cash-up procedures. Responsible to ensure that there are no shortages. Report all shortages to management
    • Weekly completion of all Moodle/Betstrike and Voice note training and Trainer on Wheels

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    Customer Service: Assist clients with opening accounts and all betting queries

    • Must keep records of their sales activities and report their progress to management daily
