    Senior Manager, Sales Operations

    • As Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you will lead the structure, organization, and execution that powers Hugo’s mid market GTM engine. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will oversee a small team of Sales Administrators and RevOps staff who execute critical sales motions including campaign execution, contact research, account prep, competitive intelligence gathering, sequencing builds, and outbound support.
    • Your mandate is to bring clarity, order, and predictable execution to the revenue organization. You will build processes, strengthen systems, enforce standards, and ensure the sales team has the support they need to operate efficiently. You will manage incoming requests, translate them into structured workflows, and ensure your team delivers quality output on time.
    • This role is ideal for someone who is deeply operational, people oriented, and thrives in a high velocity environment. You are part coach, part project manager, and part systems thinker.

    Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership

    • Build, coach, and lead a small team of Sales Administrators and Sales Ops contributors.
    • Establish clear expectations, workflows, and quality standards for task execution.
    • Create a culture of accountability, accuracy, and speed.

    Process and Project Management

    • Own and optimize the intake and prioritization process for all Sales Operations requests.
    • Set up structured workflows for campaign builds, sequencing, contact acquisition, account enrichment, and competitive research.
    • Ensure requests are completed with consistent quality and delivered on time.
    • Develop documentation, SOPs, checklists, and templates that improve team efficiency.

    Sales Technology Ownership

    • Own and administer Hugo’s sales technology stack including HubSpot, Monday.com, and connected systems.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure clean data hygiene and accurate reporting.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows or automate manual steps.

    Pipeline and Performance Insights

    • Conduct recurring pipeline analysis to surface trends, gaps, and areas requiring focus.
    • Deliver weekly reporting to Sales Leadership with clear insights and recommended actions.
    • Monitor activity performance across outbound and inbound motions.

    GTM Support

    • Support campaigns and motions targeting mid market digital native and B2B organizations.
    • Ensure the sales team has the research, tools, and operational support needed for effective outreach.
    • Coordinate with Marketing Operations on lead flows, contact quality, and segmentation when relevant.

    Cross Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with the broader Revenue team to ensure alignment across campaigns and reporting.
    • Work with RevOps leadership to improve the effectiveness of systems, dashboards, and process flows.

    WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED

    Competencies

    • Strong people leader with a coaching mindset; able to develop early career talent into high performers.
    • Organized operator with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments.
    • Exceptional project management skills with strong follow through and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and pipeline analysis.
    • Clear communicator who can translate complex requests into structured workflows.
    • Technically confident with sales tools and systems including CRM and workflow platforms.
    • Thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys solving operational challenges.

    Experiences

    • Experience managing a Sales Operations or Sales Administration function is a plus.
    • Experience working in or supporting mid market B2B or digital native companies preferred.
    • Familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, and modern sales tech tools.
    • Experience in BPO, professional services, or tech enabled services is a plus but not required.

    Admin Manager

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • The Admin Manager will be the operational backbone of Hugo’s new Cape Town site, ensuring seamless day-to-day administration, compliance, logistics, and site experience for our delivery teams. This person will work closely with Hugo’s central People Operations, IT, and Finance teams in Lagos to ensure the site runs efficiently and in alignment with Hugo's standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all office operations, including vendor management, supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
    • Support local HR processes — onboarding logistics, attendance tracking, and offboarding coordination.
    • Maintain inventory of work tools, equipment, and ensure compliance with asset tracking and security policies.
    • Coordinate travel, lodging, and local logistics for visiting staff and clients.
    • Serve as the site liaison for facility inspections, health & safety compliance, and local government relations.
    • Manage petty cash and expense reconciliations, ensuring alignment with central finance.
    • Partner with the Delivery Lead to ensure the site environment supports productivity and culture.
    • Act as a point of contact between Cape Town staff and Lagos central teams for HR, IT, and Admin escalations.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 3–5 years of experience in office administration, facilities, or operations management.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace and general IT coordination (ticketing, access management, etc.).
    • High attention to detail, reliability, and proactive problem-solving.
    • Experience working in fast-paced or BPO environments is an advantage.

    CX Delivery & Ops Manager (SA)

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • The CX Delivery & Site Lead will establish and manage Hugo’s CX delivery operations in Cape Town. This leader will oversee local hiring, training coordination, client delivery oversight, and workforce performance — ensuring the site scales effectively while maintaining Hugo’s global standards for quality, efficiency, and culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end setup of the CX delivery function in Cape Town, from initial hiring to operational readiness.
    • Manage local team leads, trainers, and support staff to ensure smooth ramp-up and daily execution.
    • Liaise closely with central Delivery, WFM, and QA teams in Lagos to align processes and performance reporting.
    • Oversee hiring pipelines in partnership with the central Recruitment & HR teams.
    • Coordinate onboarding and training schedules in collaboration with the L&D team.
    • Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and productivity standards for all projects running from Cape Town.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions with TLs and agents.
    • Support client onboarding and account transitions where Cape Town teams are involved.
    • Drive a strong performance and service-obsessed culture within the site.
    • Collaborate with the Office & Admin Coordinator to maintain a safe, productive, and engaging workspace.

    Qualifications

    • 5–7 years of experience in customer experience or operations management, preferably in BPO environments
    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams and multiple client accounts.
    • Experience leading new site setups or scaling delivery hubs is highly preferred.
    • Strong analytical and performance management skills (QA, WFM, CSAT, AHT, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across geographies.
    • Demonstrated leadership in coaching, building, and motivating diverse teams.
