    Job Description

    • Our listed client is urgently seeking a Senior HR Officer who will provide the full spectrum of Human Resources support, including HR administration, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, talent management, and employee relations (including CCMA representation). This role requires a well-rounded HR generalist with strong administration, advisory, and compliance skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Handle HR and payroll administration, ensuring accurate records on SAGE 300 People.
    • Draft and manage employment contracts, letters of appointment, promotions, and terminations.
    • Administer employee benefits including medical aid, retirement fund, and staff loans.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Strong experience in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
    • Knowledge of job grading principles.

    Skills & Competencies
