    Procurement Administrator

    Qualifications

    • Certificate or Diploma in relevant field 

    Experience

    • 3 years’ experience in procurement 
    • Excel expert
    • ERP System experience preferably D365

    Duties

    • Vetting of vendor applications for on-boarding to ensure all governance and contractual requirements are met and processes, policies and procedures have been adhered to
    • Liaise with vendors and BME applicants on outstanding vendor documentation and information required for vetting and on-boarding
    • Manage the vendor data base in respect of set-up to ensure accurate transactional processing, governance (documents and certificates), vendor information updates and account usage
    • Guide and train users where required on processes, policies and procedures related to vendor selection, contracting and onboarding
    • Provide administrative and analytical support for requests in the procurement and RFP mailbox
    • Assist in the analysis and scoring of RFP submissions
    • Extracting and presenting data requested by BBBEE Auditors and Internal and External Auditors. Provide documentary proof as requested and address any queries
    • Follow up with potential suppliers, legal and internal stakeholders on outstanding contract reviews

    • To ensures that all the requirements of the Mine Health and Safety Act, OHS Act, and statutory requirements within the department/remit thus ensuring effective management of SHERQ and adherence to stipulated disciplines for continuous improvement of occupational Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality that impact on any organisation.
    • To stay abreast of global technical advances in the field of blasting, and develop and implement policies, procedures and processes to ensure process excellence and continual process improvement.
    • To assist in providing advanced technical training for blasting engineers and clients.

    Plant Manager

    Qualifications

    • Matric/ Grade 12  (Maths and Science)
    • Bachelor of Sciences  / Bachelor of Technology  / Degree (In a Relevant Engineering Field)

    Experience

    • 6 – 10 Years Relevant Experience
    • 3 – 5 Years People Management experience
    • Previous experience as 16.2 appointee will be an advantage 

    Duties

    Strategy:

    • Setting up KPIs for the plant in line with business objectives
    • Create clarity on goals and objectives
    • Create team and ensure goal alignment
    • Use visual management system to monitor and control KPIs

    Feedback:

    • Report on department performance to Snr Manager Operations
    • Report on department performance to employees
    • Perform quarterly management reviews
    • Promote and facilitate an open and inclusive environment

    Budget Control:

    • Responsible for OPEX expenditure
    • Initiate and promote cost reduction projects

    Critical Decision Making:
