    Group Specialist – Strategic Organisational Change

    Role Purpose

    • The Group Specialist – Strategic Organisational Change is responsible for designing and implementing strategic HR product and service-related change initiatives across the business. The role applies HR and change management expertise to support organisational transformation across product design, process re-imagination, technology enablement, digitalisation, service delivery and people change.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Change Management

    • Develop and implement integrated change management and communication strategies aligned to the HR Book of Work.
    • Partner with business leaders, HR teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to drive successful organisational change.
    • Design and deliver change solutions using communication, training, engagement, technology and process improvement initiatives.
    • Measure change effectiveness and business impact, ensuring sustainable behavioural and mindset shifts.
    • Coach stakeholders and build organisational change capability.
    • Apply data, insights and best practices to continuously improve change strategies.

    Delivery Management

    • Leading the planning, prioritisation and implementation of people change initiatives.
    • Conduct change readiness assessments and identify organisational impacts.
    • Monitor change adoption, measure outcomes and manage change risks.
    • Continuously improve change solutions based on performance insights.

     Finance, Risk & Governance

    • Demonstrate business value and ROI of change initiatives.
    • Manage change budgets and provide input into business cases.
    • Ensure compliance with organisational governance, policies and regulatory standards.
    • Identify and mitigate change risks while delivering initiatives on time and within budget.

    People

    • Coach and mentor leaders, Product Owners and peers on change management.
    • Support frontline change teams as a subject matter expert.
    • Conduct peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Relevant Bachelor's Degree (or studying towards completion) in Humanities, Commerce or a related field.

    Experience Required

    • 5–8 years' experience delivering organisational and people change initiatives.  
    • Proven experience supporting Enterprise HR products and services across people, process and systems.
    • Experience in digital business models and Agile transformations is advantageous.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and business partnering experience.
    • Demonstrated expertise in organisational change management and HR.
    • Proven experience designing and delivering strategic change communications.
    • Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Track record of delivering measurable business impact and sustainable behavioural change.

    Preferred

    • Agile mindset.
    • Agile/Scrum certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner or SAFe SM/PO) are advantageous.
    • Experience facilitating executive workshops, design thinking sessions and organisational transformation initiatives.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while promoting collaboration, diversity and inclusion.

    • Our banking client is seeking an experienced Cloud Data Engineer to design, develop and optimise scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms. The successful candidate will build and maintain high-performance data solutions that support analytics, machine learning and real-time reporting across the enterprise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.

    • Our client in the banking sector is looking for an experienced Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable and resilient cloud solutions that support enterprise-wide digital transformation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and drive the enterprise cloud strategy and architecture roadmap.
    • Design secure, scalable and highly available cloud solutions.
    • Lead cloud migration and application modernisation initiatives.
