    Asset Care Planner

    • The Asset Care Scheduler is responsible for administering and optimising the maintenance work management process within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The role coordinates and leads the weekly maintenance scheduling process, ensuring effective communication and alignment with key stakeholders and the timely release of scheduled work orders. The Asset Care Scheduler drives focused improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and defect elimination, to enhance asset reliability and operational performance. The position supports the development of asset maintenance strategies and programs, monitors equipment performance and reliability, ensures technical documentation is maintained in line with company standards, supports master data governance, and facilitates spares requisitions to enable efficient and reliable maintenance execution.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A minimum of a tertiary qualification in a relevant field (BTech, BEng, N-certificate).   
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Scheduler.   
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a computerised maintenance management system (SAP, On Key, Maximo, etc).
    • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).   

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Administer the maintenance work management process in the computerised maintenance management system.   
    • Focused Improvement interventions:    
    • Coordinate and lead the weekly maintenance  scheduling meeting.    
    • Communicate the agreed weekly maintenance schedule to all key stakeholders and release the scheduled maintenance work orders.    
    • Root Cause Analysis (Defect Elimination).    
    • Asset maintenance strategy/tactics development.    
    • Maintenance programs.    
    • Equipment performance and reliability monitoring:    
    • Administration of technical manuals and documents as per company standards.
    • Support  the master data change process.    
    • Generate spares requisitions via the computerised maintenance management system.

    Business Development Manager - Professional Services

    • The Business Development Manager - Professional Services will be required to sell Pragma’s consulting services, including Asset Management Improvement Plans (AMIP), ISO 55000 alignment, and strategic asset management solutions, to organisations seeking to optimise performance and governance.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in consulting sales, advisory services, or solution selling.
    • Experience in asset management, risk management, or operational excellence environments.
    • Knowledge of ISO 55000 or similar frameworks is highly advantageous.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Identify and develop consulting opportunities within asset-intensive organisations.
    • Position Pragma’s consulting offerings (AMIP, AM strategy, governance, KPI frameworks).
    • Engage senior stakeholders (executives, asset managers, operations leaders).

    Business Development Manager – Engineering Software

    • The Business Development Manager will be required to drive revenue growth by selling On Key, Pragma’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, to organisations seeking to improve asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle management.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
    • A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in software or enterprise solution sales (preferably EAM, ERP, or industrial systems).
    • Experience in asset-intensive industries (e.g., mining, manufacturing, utilities) is advantageous.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for On Key software.
    • Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand client asset management challenges.
    • Demonstrate the value of On Key aligned to operational efficiency and asset reliability.
    • Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
    • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams for solution alignment.
    • Develop proposals, pricing models, and business cases.
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Stay informed on industry trends in EAM, digital transformation, and asset management.

    • The Sales Engineer will be required to drive sales of Pragma’s engineering and asset management services by combining technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver practical, value-driven solutions.

    Minimum Requirements

    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or technical sales.

    • Engage with technical stakeholders to understand operational challenges.
