    Conceptual Graphic Designer

    Job Description

    • Raizcorp is seeking a Conceptual Graphic Designer — a creative professional passionate about crafting visual concepts that communicate ideas, stories, and messages with clarity and impact.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for transforming abstract or complex ideas into visually compelling designs that engage and inspire our audiences. You will work across a range of media including print, digital, and multimedia, collaborating closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
    • You’ll manage the entire design process, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs that align with our brand and project objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop original designs, concepts, and layouts that demonstrate strong visual and aesthetic principles.
    • Assist in creating artwork for campaigns — including landing pages, emails, banners, social media posts, website assets, and other deliverables.
    • Estimate project timelines and ensure work is completed efficiently.
    • Think creatively to generate new ideas and innovative design solutions.
    • Source and curate imagery for campaigns and maintain the company’s image library.
    • Apply and maintain brand corporate identity (CI) guidelines consistently across all materials.
    • Translate visual styles effectively across various mediums to create cohesive campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver impactful designs.
    • Develop conceptual sketches and storyboards to communicate creative ideas.
    • Produce engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand standards.
    • Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and best practices.
    • Prepare layouts and artwork for print production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
    • Edit and retouch photos for print and digital use.

    Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

    • Relevant qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication from a recognised design institution.
    • Minimum five years’ experience in an agency or similar creative environment.
    • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing design style, conceptual ability, and creative range.
    • Deep understanding of the design process, layout, typography, and colour theory.
    • Ability to design for web and social media platforms (both static and dynamic formats).
    • Experience creating emailers and marketing collateral.
    • Strong knowledge of print processes and production requirements.

    Ppc Specialist

    Job Description

    • The PPC specialist is responsible for digital marketing for Raizcorp and its associated brands. He or she drafts, creates and manages digital campaigns for the various brands within the business. This includes planning, strategising, budgeting, monitoring and actively adjusting digital campaigns and the overall optimisation of the user experience for all stakeholders within Raizcorp.

    The PPC specialist key responsibilities include:

    • Creating, developing & implementing effective paid search strategies
    • Executing & optimising many PPC campaigns simultaneously
    • Set up and overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
    • Targeting selected audiences through researching keywords
    • Managing campaign budgets & adjusting bids to optimise the ROI
    • Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s to identifying opportunities for improvement
    • Reporting KPI’s to management on a regular basis through various dashboards
    • Producing engaging, clear & concise copy for campaigns
    • Ensuring that campaigns are aligned across multiple channels
    • Building and strengthening key relationships across PPC ad platforms and various vendors
    • Reducing the risk of click fraud
    • Staying current with PPC & SEM trend and techniques
    • Create an editorial calendar and syndication schedule.
    • Edit, publish and share daily content on all social media.

    • Define key performance indicators and implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods.
    • Create social content and campaigns tied to integrated seasonal campaigns.
    • Review metrics from analytic dashboards and report on trends, traffic, conversations, and overall performance.
    • Running and daily monitoring of all Raizcorp owned and allied companies’ social media and all Pay Per Click (PPC) adverts online to ensure they are running optimally to achieve business needs.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Communications Officer and Graphic Designer to develop, edit and optimise media on a weekly basis.
    • Monthly campaign report
    • Monitor all social media platforms on a daily basis and remove offensive comments as per Raizcorp social media policy.
    • Create all social media reports and meet all social media goals for the year.
    • Quick response time to change up PPC ads if they aren’t generating the required leads for the business.
    • Ensuring that content plans don’t include content pertaining to our competitors and their efforts in the market.
    • Take direction from department leadership, including documenting detailed requirements, and asking questions to clarify assignments.
    • Attending all marketing meetings on time.
    • Generating all required departmental reports, including:
    • SMS short code reports.
    • Social media analytics.
    • Social media budgets.
    • Community management on all Social media platforms across all divisions.
    • Required to be available for expos and show stands on weekends, public holidays and after hours as may be required from time-to-time.

    Required Experience:

    • Develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
    • Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organisation
    • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
    • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
    • Media buying for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
    • Oversee and manage overall paid media budget
    • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
    • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
    • Report on a range of metrics
    • WordPress knowledge will be an advantage

    Experience and qualifications
