    Marketing Coordinator - Rola Ford (Hermanus)

    Job Advert Summary    

    • We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team with Rola Ford. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness and revenue for our company, across all 5 of our Ford dealerships. 
    • The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact with dealerships in assistance with online and offline marketing-related matters. The candidate will ensure that marketing activities are planned and implemented in order to assist the dealership in reaching its targets. Responsible for developing marketing campaigns based on current trends to reach our predetermined goals.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, automotive experience advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
    • Ability to understand social media trends in the digital content and social media space.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Implement and develop initiatives and strategies in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
    • Maintain and update the company's website, social media profiles, and other digital channels.

The role develops and directs implementation of plans, policies, and processes affecting employee relations within the assigned dealerships.
