Purpose of the Job
This position is responsible for dealing with various suppliers, ensuring that all processes are adhered to. The person responsible for this position will have to do the necessary follow-ups and ensure that the processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
Job Objectives
- Responsible for resolving supplier related queries.
- Assist with the movement of stock from the receiving area to the warehouse.
- Liaise with other department regarding stock queries.
- Assist with logging claims to suppliers and supplier upliftment as needed.
- Ensure that stock investigations relating to queries are done timeously.
- Generating and updating monthly reports.
- Perform any other reasonable ad hoc duties.
