Key Responsibility Areas 

• Develop, implement and maintain WAN systems in order to ensure technical performance, availability, stability and also ensure services are delivered to clients as per the SLA 
• Implement and execute the configuration the of the MPLS, SDN, and customisation of VPN and associated infrastructure in order to assist the client in meeting their work demands / requirements 
• Lead and provide inputs into the Quality of Service (QoS) policies within the Networking Operating Systems & WAN systems. 
• Develop, implement, and maintain customised network solutions 
• The provisioning of Internet services that includes both shared and dedicated bandwidth services to deliver on the business goals of SITA and ensure sustainability in service delivery to the clients. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology / Electrical Engineering (L/C)/ Telecommunications (or equivalent at NQF 6). 
• Experience: 8 - 10 years working experience in the ICT field with two (2years) managerial responsibilities in a corporate/public sector organization.

Key Responsibility Areas 

• Provide first and second level LAN & desktop support within SLA targets.
• Install and configure new IT equipment within SLA targets. Implementation, customization and maintenance of the remote software deployment.
• Provide support to the enterprise’s local IT and software resources. Provide LAN & desktop advisory services to clients.
• Day to day administrative tasks.  

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: Grade 12 PLUS National Higher Certificate in IT (NQF Level 5) with A+/N+ either as a subject of the Certificate OR as a separate certification (expiry irrelevant). 
• Experience: At least one-year corporate experience in the Service Management / End User Support Environment, OR Call Centre Agent experience with 1 – 2 years relevant experience in the End User Computing services and related LAN Infrastructures Services. Maintenance and support service of the End User Computing Services relating to all LAN Infrastructure Services such as servers, desktops, LAN cabling, switches and other LAN peripherals.
• Maintenance and support to ensure the availability of the services according to prescribed procedures, policies, standards and SLA’s. Ensure the resolution of hardware and software service requests, incidents and problem within End User Computing and all related LAN infrastructure.

Key Responsibility Area 

• Write and amend software procedures to automate the processing of application systems using the Automation suite of software. 
• Quality assure the automated production before implementation. 
• Management of automated departmental projects. 
• Manage change control on production systems. 
• Liaise with clients, management, technical staff and service providers to ensure that requirements are met.  

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: 3-year Diploma / Degree in IT / NQF level 6 
• Certification: Relevant Mainframe Technical Courses 
• Experience: 3 - 4 years’ experience as a Shift Leader. 3 years’ experience as a Computer Operator.

Key Responsibility Areas 

• Receive and record incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure proper record keeping for the sub department. 
• Prepare and distribute minutes, presentations as well as general office documentation/communication to ensure that information reached relevant identified parties. 
• Perform general office duties. 
• Arrange work sessions and staff meetings with employees and coordinate all logistical arrangements for the sub department. 
• Responsible for the accommodation and flight arrangements for the sub division in accordance with SITA travelling policy and procedures to the satisfaction of the division. 
• Provide management support to the sub departmental Budget 
• Ensure adherence to the organisation quality standards in terms of documentation that requires management approval. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: Grade 12 (NQF level 4) plus a relevant recognised course (shorter than a year at NQF level 4-certificate of competence) –depending on operational requirements. MS Office certification will be an added advantage. 
• Experience : 1 – 2 years experience applicable to the specified discipline.

Key Responsibility Areas 

• Lead the design and development of new features for the software systems, and improvement of the existing ones 
• Implementation, debugging, documentation and release of the software solutions 
• Provide maintenance and enhancement support of the existing systems 
• Perform software systems coding assignments; and 
• Supervision of the Software development team. 

Qualifications and Experience 

Minimum:

• 3 years National Higher Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in ICT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) or related field. 

Experience:

•  6-7 years’ experience with full software development lifecycle (SLDC) in JAVA, including solution development, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation.
• The experience must include Experience in solution analysis, and development for the development, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of systems within the corporate/public sector, including Successfully developed and implemented applications Software development team leadership competency
• Software development deliverable effort planning, estimations and execution management
• Developed efficient and effective IT solutions to diverse and complex business problems. Extensive experience with a wide variety of database management systems and maintenance.
• Extensive experience with a wide variety of programming languages and technologies. Extensive experience of working on multiple tasks and report status. Experience in interacting with customers.

Key Responsibility Area 

• Develop/design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency using SITAs software development stack / development framework. 
• Write code in line with the requirements specifications 
• Maintain the integrated IT software components systems once they are up and running. 
• Develop integrated Technical Service Specifications for single or multiple software components to clearly set direction for procuring or building software components. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Required Qualification: 3 Year Diploma / Degree in ICT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) or related field. 
• Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience with full software development lifecycle (SLDC), within systems development, implementation and maintenance / enhancements of solutions in the corporate sector organisation. Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate and Python is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience 

• Required Qualification: 3 year National Higher Diploma / National First Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ NQF level 6 or a verified / certified alternative equivalent @ NQF Level 6 with the equivalent credits of a National Qualification + specialised or management certificate of competence. 
• Experience: 6 - 7 years system programming experience with management responsibility on relevant Large Enterprise class server in a large corporate or public sector. Experience in the implementation of ICT solutions specifically within the relevant Large Enterprise class server environment.
