    IT Integrations Engineer

    OVERALL PURPOSE 

    • The IT Integrations Engineer will support the development, implementation, and management of API Management solutions between internal and external systems. The position will also continue to the development of automation solutions to support IT and Business processes.

    PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Assist in the deployment and configuration of APIs between internal platforms and external partners.
    • Monitor API performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
    • Maintain documentation for API endpoints, data flows, and integration logic.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
    • Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform or other relevant technologies.
    • Support business process improvements through automation and scripting.
    • Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions based on user feedback.
    • Provide technical support for integration and automation-related issues.
    • Participate in testing and validation of new solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies.
    • Follow best practices for API security and automation governance.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
    • Familiarity with automation tools (such as Microsoft Power Platform).
    • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) is an advantage.

    Data Integration Engineer

    OVERALL PURPOSE

    • The design, development and maintenance of data pipelines into the Lakehouse / warehouse framework from various structured and unstructured sources (ETL). Transform, catalogue, secure and manage availability of varied data types (i.e. transactional, reference and master data with varied availability requirements). Design and develop automated processes and solutions to integrate data with other applications and processes.

    PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Drawing on best practise and experience, assist in transitioning to and maturing the Lakehouse framework and associated technologies.
    • Design and build ETL / ELT processes within the parameters of the framework, from various sources (including DB’s, API and other unstructured sources) into the Lakehouse framework.
    • Transform data to ensure quality, consistency, secure and available data.
    • Develop, support and document integration solutions between the data Lakehouse and downstream applications and third parties. (Migrations, new / re engineering of existing solutions)
    • Assist team to support and maintain existing data / business process and application (e.g. Payments, FX rates, MDS, etc) in both the existing SQL data warehouse and newly developed solutions in the Lakehouse environment
    • Assist with data mastering and data store solutions within MDS with the prospect of refining / reengineering within the Lakehouse framework.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Strong skills in SQL queries and optimization
    • Python, Mage.ai – scripting and automation
    • dbt and WhereScape Red – data transformation and modeling (a plus)
    • SCORCH and Alteryx – processing and automation tools (a plus)
    • Familiarity with Dremio and Data Bricks (a plus)
    • Knowledge of MDS (Master Data Management) and APIs (a plus)

    Data Management IT Officer

    OVERALL PURPOSE

    • The individual will be responsible, under his line manager supervision, for developing, reviewing, monitoring and supporting the Data Management tools, system projects and external tools in which Data Management is involved.

    PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Monitoring of daily data pipeline to our databases and data Lakehouse. Maintain and troubleshoot to ensure stability, performance and data integrity. 
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to external providers as well as external clients.
    • Create load for new data pipeline using a standardized onboarding framework.
    • Integrate new data sets into our automated reconciliation and posting tools.
    • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support operational transparency and provide business insights.
    • Support and troubleshoot our managed file transfer system.
    • Maintain a holistic view of information assets by creating and maintaining blueprints that illustrate how data is stored, processed and accessed.
    • Assist in monitoring and management of Data Management internal system projects and track progress against milestones and deadlines. Report on these items to his/her line manager.
    • Anticipate, manage and resolve issues linked to Data Management tools and act as the point of contact.
    • Understand the high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Strong skills in SQL queries and optimization
    • Python, Mage.ai – scripting and automation
    • Visual Studio – development and debugging
    • Power BI – data visualization and reporting
    • GoAnywhere MFT – secure file transfer (SFTP/FTP) (a plus)
    • dbt – data transformation and modeling (a plus)
    • Familiarity with DataStore, Dremio and Autorek (a plus)
    • Knowledge of Business Central and Advent – ERP and Investement systems (a plus)
