    Plant Assistant (Ladysmith Depot) (OM)

    To be successful in this role, you possess the following:

    • Minimum Grade 12/Matric certificate
    • Minimum 1 year experience in petrochemical, production, and warehousing or industrial environment

    Candidate Profile
    As a successful candidate in this role would have  carry out this duties & responsibilities:

    • To dip tanks and record dips/ temperature accurately monthly (72 times per annum) 
    • Ullage, Offload and decant 2994 tank cars per annum. 
    • Assist with tank / valve preparation for product receipts.
    • Assist and supervise bulk vehicle operators(BVO) in loading(7475) and unloading(2595) of bulk trucks.
    • To attend to COC customers, contractors and other visitors requiring service, and carry out administrative duties related to these services.
    • To monitor and report any unsafe conditions and acts to immediate supervisor or management.
    • Conduct minor maintenance with guidance from Shift Supervisor, Depot Supervisor and Depot Manager
    • To ensure that the premises are kept clean and maintain housekeeping standards
    • Comply to Depot safety procedures, rules, policies and work instructions
    • Ensure receiving of handover instructions before resuming any duties on shift.
    • To perform any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Shift Supervisor, Depot Supervisor and Depot Manager

    HSSEQ

    To effectively manage and minimise HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:

    • Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guideline and legal requirements 
    • Promotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
    • Ensure that HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility
    • Reporting on near misses to reach the organisations reporting index of ≥ 2 per person
    • Assist keeping of Tier 1 and Tier 2 events at 0%
    • Monthly Testing of the Critical Safety Barriers - 4920 Tests done per annum
    • Ensuring adherence of downgraded situation/MIT mitigation put in place
    • Participate in Monthly emergency drills(12) and with local fire department

    Regional Sales Manager B2B and B2B2C – Southern Region

    Activities
    HSEQ 

    • Ensure constant adherence and compliance to company HSEQ and security standards, local bylaws, standards, and legislation to minimise all risk pertaining to company assets and protection of life 

    CORE FUNCTIONS 

    • Formulate and implement Cylinder Channel strategy for the region 
    • Manage the performance of the region and identify deviations between planned and actual results, take corrective action when necessary. 
    • Robust management of performance of the Distributors in the region and identify deviations between planned and actual results, take corrective action when necessary. 
    • Conduct business reviews on all sites and compare to budget and take corrective action where necessary 
    • Give input on annual budgeting process 
    • Manage the process of Sales Forecasting per sales area

    • Ensure adequate controls are in place to protect the company and the customers from financial/reputation loss. 
    • Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address critical business needs (Operations, Distributors , Group LPG Business Line ).
    • Effectively manage customers contracts 
    • Effective Management and use of the Salsa program

    Candidate Profile
    Qualification:

    • Appropriate degree/diploma in sales / business management or administration and 4-6 years marketing and sales management experience in the oil  and gas industry or a comparable industry, 
    • OR Matric plus 6-8 years marketing and sales management experience in the oil and gas industry or a comparable industry 

    Experience:

    • 5 years of experience in sales (Oil /LPG industry advantageous) 

    Competencies:

    • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills 
    • Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets 
    • Excellent leadership skills / Good knowledge and application of people management 
    • Experience setting sales goals / Good sales management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Good knowledge and application of TSA’s Code of Conduct / Ethics and Policies and Procedures would be advantageous
    • English is the working language
    • Good understanding of Contract Management 
    • Good understanding of financial disciplines / Exposure to analysing and interpreting financial statements / results either in studies or work experience

    Projects and Maintenance Coordinator

    Compliance Monitoring & Verification:

    • Conduct compliance audits against TGSA/TotalEnergies standards, HSE policies, SANS codes and OHS Act requirements.
    • Verify technical integrity compliance including SECE and SCBs, loop tests, Compliance Inspections and MX Tool and Daisy Records
    • Check and confirm documentation compliance and completeness for all installations, refurbishments and equipment replacements.
    • Verify that maintenance activities follow regulatory frequency requirements as well as OEM recommendations.
    • Verify that all reports received from Suppliers and Contractors have been reviewed by relevant personal (maintenance engineers or maintenance planners) and an action plan is in place in Intelex.
    • Ensure all customer and depot compliance certificates are valid, current and correctly filed.
    • Check that SAP PM master data (functional locations, materials, equipment) remains compliant and up to date.
    • Verify that CASM is updated after every refurbishment and project completion.

    Technical Integrity Compliance:

    • Support sites in response to downgraded modes, integrity threats and audit findings by ensuring an action plan is put in plan and followed
    • Verify alignment to engineering specifications and Management Of Change requirements.
    • Coordinate Safety Critical inspections and ensure non-conformance closure in audits is monitored

    Regulatory Compliance Management:Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, including: 

    • OHS Act and Regulations,
    • SANS Codes (10087 series, pressure equipment, tank revalidation),
    • Local authority approvals and by-laws,
    • Pressure Equipment Regulations

    Contractor Compliance Oversight:

    • Verify the LPG Technical Team are making use of compliant Suppliers/Contractors (Comply-works, ICC Audits, LPGSA Accreditations)
    • Verify that the LPG Technical Team is conducting their Quarterly Contractor Owner Meetings

    Reporting, Systems and KPI Management:

    • Intelex: Weekly Reporting
    • Daisy: Weekly Reporting
    • MX Tool: Weekly Reporting 
    • Comply-works: Monthly Reporting
    • CASM: Monthly Reporting
    • SAP PM

    Support, Training and Advisory

    • Coach site staff, technicians and contractors on compliance requirements, One Maestro and SANS standards.
    • Provide regulatory advise to Technical Team
    • Support development and continuous improvement of compliance-related procedures and system

    Candidate Profile
    Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) OR LPG Industrial Maintenance Technician.

    • Experience in LPG, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas operations with compliance exposure.

    Working knowledge of:

    • OHS Act, SANS standards, Pressure Equipment Regulations,
    • TotalEnergies standards (OneMaestro, Integrity Management
    • Maintenance & project management systems (SAP PM, MX Tool, PM tools)
