About Us

• Tyme Global Technologies is a NY based hotel communications hub providing centralized PBX operator services, guest issue management software, text messaging, SIP services and other cutting edge technology to over 200 hotels worldwide.
• We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to hotels and their guests as well as providing an enjoyable work environment to our staff.
• We are a 24x7 operation and looking for people to fill in shifts at various times. All employees work from home.
• We are currently hiring for flexible weekend/PM shift availability.

Additional Info:

• The company is based in New York City, time zone 6 hours behind South Africa.
• Working hours will be 9am to 7pm EST (South African time 3pm to 1am) with the potential to work to 9pm EST (South African time 3am).
• Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays.
• Minimum of 35 hours to a maximum of 40 hours is required per week, working 8 hours shifts per day.
• R85 per hour with incentives to earn up to R120 an hour, for successful leads generated.
• Paid every two weeks (1-15 and 16 - last day of the month).
• Training paid.
• Ready to start work middle July 2021.
• Must have a quiet work environment.
• Must be reliable.
• Upbeat, friendly demeanor

Education

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Hotel experience is required
• 3-5 years PMS experience is preferred

Requirements

• A computer (desktop or laptop) that you are able to connect to our remote service with. The computer must have at least 4 GB free space available.
• A quiet work environment at all times.
• A stable high speed internet connection. Minimum of 20mbps download & 10mbps upload speeds with availability to connect your computer directly to your internet router via ethernet cable.
• Reliability to work a set schedule 40 hours weekly
• Agents must display a deep and broad knowledge of the workings of the hotel, its layout, policies, website and clientele to be able to answer any question and handle each situation that arises to prevent additional call traffic to the hotels within their group.
• Guest Service/Reservations responsibilities also include:

Speaking Clearly

• Being friendly, warm, anticipatory and interactive with hotel guests. All guests are treated as VIPs
• Use correct verbiage and procedures for hotels
• Answer incoming calls from outside and within hotels
• Transfer calls to relevant departments
• Log wake up calls and perform wake up call services
• Enter tickets into hotel guest management systems
• Use Property Management Systems to confirm, create, update and cancel reservations as needed
• Dispatch Valet and Bell services for guests
• Communicate with hotel employees over the phone and through online chat programs (Google Hangouts and Slack)

• Desktop or Laptop, Windows 10 or Apple Mac operating systems ok.

• USB Headphone a must.

• Looking for enthusiastic agents with sales experience, to work from home.
• While we are waiting for Hotels to re-open, we are looking for hospitality staff to make outbound sales calls, for a USA Lead Generation project.
