Responsibilities (not Limited)

• Ensures that deployments are completed timeously and without configuration error.
• Adheres to release management guidelines.
• Understands the scope or potential impact of deployment or support incident on various systems, and correctly involves other departments / customers as required.
• Takes ownership of issues and problems and ensures that these are followed up and resolved.
• Understands and complies with Derivco escalation procedures.
• Resolves incidents and escalations ensuring that all issues are followed up on and resolved within set KPIs.
• Exercises due diligence when working on environments, raising risks or concerns that affect systems health/performance.

Requirements

• IT Diploma or relevant qualification.
• IT experience and knowledge.
• Track record of continuous learning.
• Incident management.

Responsibilities

• Design and Prototype User Interfaces,
• Develop UI assets for production.
• Mentoring within the team.
• Understand customer needs.
• Understanding of strategic goals of the product.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years experience
• UX/UI Degree or similar
• Adobe CC, HTML, CSS, JS
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and priorities timely and efficiently
